FAQ - Not able to login. What to do?

Ideally you should be able to log in with your existing password. In case you are not, just reset your password. Here are the steps:

1.   Click on the Forgot your password?
2.   Enter your email account or existing user name in “Username/Email”.
3.   Please “Do Not” check “Ask me my question” check box. Leave this as it as.
4.   Finally click “Send”. This will send you a link to your email account.
5.   Open your email account and check for your mail.
6.   Open that email and click on the email account.
7.   This will reset your password.

In case you are not able to do that, let me know. I will manually reset your password.
