Well, when anybody is mentally disturbed, he is not comfortable either in waking or sleeping state. That is quite normal.
Our mental worries & lamentations are the outcome of our own work. But you can quiten them by engaging in good deeds, such as service of needy, annadan. This will help you reduce the 'I' ness & worries that aggregate around the 'I' ness. It will also secure you the grace of God, which will finally help you overcome the worries.
