Sai Baba Please forgive me

Jai Sai Ram!

Forgive me and my family for the Sin I did.

Few months back, I was supposed to get married to my friend and my parents did agree to it. But his parents were against this due to some astrology problem and in the process to convince them he did not talk to me for a week or so. During this period i got a different proposal and my marriage was fixed(in next 10 days i should get married). My mom is a devotee of Sai Baba and she told me that it is also Bab's wish. And then I got his call. I told all that happened and he asked me to break this marriage, run away with him and get married. But I Love my parents more than anything in my life so i didn't agree to this and got married to a different person.

All through this process I hurted this guy. Even now when i think back i feel guilty about all that i did.
I ask Baba to forgive me. And bless my friend with a happy life.

Few days back i came through this site and thought this is the correct place to confess myself.

Please Baba forgive me!

You have not committed any mistake or Sin. It was only Baba’s wish. As I used to say (moreover it is my hard experience). All such relations are set even before we take birth on earth. To honour the words of parents is indeed a good thing. If his parents were against his marriage, not he, He must have come to your parents to hold your hands at his own, but he could not show that amount of courage. It is not so easy to forget such relations, but if you committed your life towards your husband and his family, You will be able to maintain your peace of mind and bring harmony in both the families. (Your parents and in laws).

May Sai bless him too with whatsoever best is in his destiny and you a happy married life!
