    Dear SAI Family,

    OM SAI RAM!

    Gurur Brahma, Gurur Vishnu, Gurur Devo Maheshwara
    Guru Sakshat Parabrahmah Tasmai Shree Guru Veh Namah

    Chapter - 03 in brief:

    In this Chapter you read how Sidha Muni inspired
    Namadharak to read the life story of Guru as well as
    told  the importance of  this book.He told Namadharak
    that all miseries are easily washed away by reading
    this book.Even the sin of killling a brahmin is washed
    away, if this book is read with devotion and love.
    He also told the story of a king Ambarish who was
    cursed by a guest "Durvas Rishi" because of having
    food before Durvas Rishi has taken food.    .
    Now, Let us proceed with the next Chapter.

    Rules to follow for Shri Guru Charitra Parayan:

    1.  The Shri Guru Charitra must be read sincerely with devotion
         and with Complete Physical and Mental Purity & with Fresh Mind.
    2.  Wherever you read, the Place of reading must be neat and
         clean & the Chapter should be completed in one sitting &
    3.  One should not speak while reading.

    Suggestions:

    Always try to understand the following when reading a sacred Granth

    1. The inner-artha- -why is Shri Guru saying thus? Think deeply
    2. The inner-artha of the person involved - why did Shri Guru say thus?
        why did the character say thus?
    3. The context–which period and to whom was it said?
        which place was it said
    4. The circumstance- -what made the following to occur?
    5. Read with Shraddha. Read with Bhakthi.

    My kind request to you all, after reading please acknowledge
    the same in this thread.
