This is the Shanti mantra (invocatory verse) of Isha Upanishad (IshaVasya Upanishad) Which is a part of the (Shukla) Yajurveda

I can't explain how this shlok makes me feel.... after a long time i heard it in narad muni movie about an year ago, it was recited by lord sri hari when narad muni curses him and go away.... It stirred me up...
Even Now , whenever i get drowned in sansaari worries, sorrows,  thoughts or attractions, this shloka or mantra gives instant peace...
This single mantra can remind a sadhak , of the highest tatv of vedant. In some sense, a complete explanation of the nature of Reality and the entire wisdom of the path of Self-Realization is contained in this short summary.

Note : this shloka is from ved, certain hindu / sanatani are allowed to recite vedic shlok
Taking Purna from Purna, Purna Indeed Remains (Because Divine Consciousness is Non-Dual and Infinite).

    Om.
Completeness is that, completeness is this,
    from completeness, completeness comes forth.
    Completeness from completeness taken away,
    completeness to completeness added,
    completeness alone remains.
    Om. Peace! Peace! Peace!

This shloka takes away all pain and worries instantly, when pondered upon.(not talking about its chanting)
The Isha Upanishad starts with this famous and insightful verse:
    Om
    Purnamadah Purnamidam
    Purnat Purnamudachyate
    Purnasya Purnamadaya
    Purnameva Vashishyate
    Om shanti, shanti, shanti
