Om Sai Ram

I have been told to recite this mantra everyday 21 times. Though I have been reciting it for some time its more like am doing it like a parrot. I would like to know the meaning of this mantra.

Sarva Mangal Maangalya
Shive Sarvarth Saadhike
Sharanye Trayambake Gauri
Narayani Namo Stute

Which means:
Oh Gauri Ma!, consort of Lord Shiva,
You, who bestow auspiciousness on all,
And fulfill everyone's' wishes,
I prostrate myself before Thee,
