Which mantras should use in Japa meditation.

there are many theories about which mantras should be use in Japa meditation.

I have a list of some mantras so please give you ideas, thoughts and experience which mantras we should be use in Japa mediation.

1. OM mantras
2. Hare Krishna Maha mantra   
3. OM Namah Shivaya
4. Durga mantra
5. Gayatri Mantra
