JUST SHARE When we share laughter, There's twice the fun; When we share success, We've surpassed what we've done. When we share problems, There's half the pain; When we share tears, A rainbow follows rain. When we share dreams, They become more real; When we share secrets, It's our hearts we reveal. If we share a smile, That's when our love shows; If we share a hug, That's when our love grows. If we share with someone On whom we depend, That person is always Family or friend. And what draws us closer And makes us all care, Is not what we have, But the things we sharE.

 SRI SAI ALPHABET
Atma Vidya, the Science of the self is the highest wisdom, If that is mastered, salvation is achieved.
Be liberal and munificent, but not lavish or extravagant
Certainly, mere book-learning without the grace of the Guru and self-realisation, is of no avail
Do not borrow for celebrating a feast or festival, for a pilgrimage or other journey.
Earnestly look at me wholeheartedly and I in turn look at you similarly
'Fakiri' (mendicancy) is the real Lordship as it is everlasting and the so called Lordship evanescent
Get on cheerfully with your worldly round of activities, but do not forget God.
'Hari' (God) will certainly be pleased if you give water to the thisrty, bread to the hungry and clothes to the naked. If I take one rupee 'dakshina' from anyone, I have - to return it to him tenfold.
'Jnana' is to be realised, and is not a matter of direct 'Upadesa'
Know for certain that he who feeds the hungry, really serves Me with food.
Love your Guru wholeheartedly, surrender to him completely and prostrate before him reverentially
My eye of vigilant supervision is ever on those who love me
Never accept 'gratis' labour (or, of course, property) of others. This should be the rule of your life One who makes Me the sole object of his thoughts and aims, will gain 'Paramartha' (Supreme Goal)
Poverty is highest riches and is a thousand times superior to a Lord's position.
Quietly repeat My Name perpetually to reach your goal.
Regarding what one sees with one's eyes, why ask others? one must decide for oneself
Sit quiet. 'Uge Muge'. I will do the needful. I will take you to the end.
Trust in the Guru fully. That is the only 'Sadhana', Guru is all the God-
Unless one thinks and carries out what he reads, the reading is of no use
Vigilantly avoid rivalries and bickerings; God will protect you.
Whatever you do, do it thoroughfully; else do not undertake it
X'Cept by My Grace, not a leaf moves; I look on all with an equal eye.
You should have truth always with you, then I shall be with you wherever you are and at all times
Zealously utter My Name with Love; I shall fulfill all your desires, increase your devotion.

 The Sand of Forgiveness
A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.
The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand:
TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE. They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him.
After he recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone:
TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE. The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?
The other friend replied When someone hurts us we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it.
LEARN TO WRITE YOUR HURTS IN THE SAND AND TO CARVE YOUR BENEFITS IN STONE .

Honest Man Hour
Prior to 1921, His Holiness Pujyasri B.V. Narasimha Swamiji was a normal person enjoyed the pride of holding Leader of Bar and remained at the head of legal profession till 1925, Chirman of Salem Co-operative Bank, Chirman of Salem Municipal Council, Member of Legislative Council and also interested in tennis and billiards. When comparing these engagements, most of us too have more or less similar assignments in our society. Despite Swamiji's busiest daily routine, on the stroke of six every evening, he would stop his activities in office or sports yard and go home saying, "the honest man's hour has come, I must go". Friends who were intrigued at this, later found found out that the "honest man" went home at that hour regularly to perform his evening pooja and offer prayers.
The philosophy of "the honest man hour" is meaningful, in this Kali Yuga, it probably very difficult to be very honest in all aspects. We should probably evaluate our own schedule and fix up a rigid "honest man hour" and spend time on our spiritual upliftment. Withdrawal from temporal (samsara) life may not be that much easy. N.G. Chandorkar vexed with this samsara life, bowed to Sai Baba, and said: "Enough of this Samsara for me. Samsara is really nissara i.e., worthless. Break its fetters off from me, Baba. What first seems to be joy here is seen to be but sorrow at the end. Fate leads us a nice dance here and there. I cannot discover even a bit of happiness in this Samsara. I am quite disgusted, I do not wish to touch it, Baba, any further." Baba replied to N.G. Chandorkar: " What crazy and delusive talk is yours! There is some truth in it - mixed with error. As long as the body remains, samsara remains. None escape it. How can you? Even I am caught up in it. Samsara is of various sorts. It is like the surface of the body. Kama (desire) Krodha (anger) etc, and any mixture of these is samsara. All mental and body process are samsara. By going away to a forest, you cannot escape samsara. Your present condition has been brought about by yourself. What is the use of irritation at it? This Deha Prarbdha is the result of the karma done by you in former births. This body was, therefore, born. The jiva takes birth in body to work out former karma. Without suffering the results of Prarbdha Karma, you cannot get rid of it." Baba's words are clear that samsara is an integral part of our present life; no doubt, that our efforts on "honest man hour" will help us to overcome troubles associated in this samsara and overcome our Deha Prarabdha. Bow to Sri Sai - Peace be to all.

 Sri Sai Baba Within You
Aum Sairam
Sri Sai Baba is infinite love and peace.
Sri Sai Baba is the eternal light and joy that shine the whole universe. People should rise to the occasion to do their duty. People should reach the height and glory of Sri Sai Baba's supreme presence. The feeling that I and mine should be given up and see every thing equal. Have an elevated thinking.
Remember Sri Sai Baba in the beginning, in the middle, and in the end for all ventures. Be humble, pure, simple, and innocent and Sri Sai Baba is yours.
Sri Sai Baba in the form of love resides in everybody's heart and be conscious of this at all times. Then your thoughts, words and actions will be of love.
The light of Sri Sai Baba will always illuminate the heart and light only can be seen inside and outside. Come out of the darkness of ignorance enter into the light of knowledge then only we can feel the presence of Sri Sai Baba the light of all lights.
Let all our actions are as per the directions of Sri Sai Baba within us. Ego should be avoided to allow everything to be done at the will of Sri Sai Sai Baba.
Detachment to perishable things and attachment to only Sri Sai Baba will give peace of mind. Desire for material things is the cause for all sorrows. Taking more than one's requirement will ultimately give grief. Acquire knowledge which can't be stolen or lost.
Enjoy always the sunshine of Sri Sai Baba's splendor and glory.
Remember always Sri Sai Baba and live in tune with him. Be happy and calm in all situations. See, hear, and speak only good things. Serve the needy and sick wholeheartedly.
Total surrender to Sri Sai Baba will give peace of mind.
Remember always Sri Sai Baba's grace for all achievements. Avoid self praise and say only good things about others. See everybody with respect irrespective of caste color and creed.
Anger, lust and ego are the only enemies. Purify the heart for Sri Sai Baba to sit in. There is no greater virtue than humility, no vice greater than pride. Be sincere in all works, work is worship.
Make Sri Sai Baba your friend, philosopher and guide.
Don't get dejected in failure and fall; Sri Sai Baba's grace will be upon us.
Always you are one with Sri Sai Baba and different from Him. Like a flower give always the perfume of love and joy. Pray for the awareness that always you may be in Him and He in you.
Remember always that everything in the Universe belongs to Sri Sai Baba, nothing is ours. We have got this birth at the will of Sri Sai Baba and we are on our way to Him.
Know that our goal is to rest in peace with Sri Sai Baba. Always remember that we are the immortal spirit.
Chanting the name of Sri Sai Baba will save us from fear, doubt and anxiety. Supreme knowledge is ultimate devotion to Sri Sai Baba. What ever we do will be seen by Sri Sai Baba.
Overeating, earning money by unlawful means, desire for others property are our weakness.
We are all safe in the hands of Sri Sai Baba.
Sri Sai Baba manifesting Himself as a person; the object of worship of the Bhakt's. By worshiping Sri Sai Baba as a person, devotees are able to assume human like relationships with Sri Sai Baba, for example: Sri Sai Baba as parent, devotee as child; Sri Sai Baba as Lord, devotee as servant. It is also much easier for many people to develop love toward Sri Sai Baba when He is regarded as a person. Such love is capable of triggering a spiritual awakening once it is a pure, selfless love.
In this kalyug Chant always the name of Sri Sai Baba. Sri Sai Baba can assume any form to protect the devotees. To serve the devotees is equal to serve Sri Sai Baba. Awake, arise on this Beautiful Thursday and do your duty justifiably. Sri Sai Baba will be always with you.
Allah Malik

Anger is a negative reaction! Anger appears when one is confronted with frustration, unhappiness or hurt feelings, or when plans don’t turn out as desired. It also shows up when coming against opposition or criticism.
Anger never helps anyone. It wastes your energy, and can hurt your health, spoil your relationships, and cause you to miss opportunities. Getting angry is acting against your best interests.
Things don’t always proceed according to plans and expectations. People not always act the way you wish them to act. You may not be always able to be in control of external influences and conditions, but you can certainly learn to control your attitude and reactions. There is no sense of allowing circumstances and people to pull your strings and affect your mind and feelings. You can choose not to let what people say and do affect your moods. You can maintain an inner attitude of emotional and mental detachment, and refuse to allow every minor event play with your feelings and evoke anger.
I often see people getting angry over unimportant and insignificant matters. Some insignificant remark or action, not getting a satisfactory reply to a question or just moodiness are enough to set fire and cause anger, snappy remarks, arguments and even physical fights. This is absolutely unnecessary. Life can be happier without this behavior.
Anger is a negative reaction, and if you wish to progress on the path of self-improvement or spiritual growth you should avoid it as much as possible.
Learning to calm down the restlessness of the mind and gaining peace of mind, is one of the best and most effective methods to overcome anger, and in fact, all negative emotions.
If you are willing to invest the time and energy, you will reap great rewards. Peace of mind will not only help you overcome anger, but also help you overcome anxiety and negative thinking, and enable you to stay calm, tranquil and self possessed in difficult and trying situations.
Peace of mind requires the development of an attitude of emotional and mental detachment, which is of vital importance for overcoming and avoiding anger. It protects you against being too affected by what people think, say or do, and is therefore highly recommended. Detachment is not an attitude of indifference and lack of sensitivity. It is an attitude of common sense and inner strength and leads to peace of mind.
I would like now to suggest a few simple tips to help you manifest some inner detachment and peace of mind, so as to be in a better position to overcome anger.
1. At least once a day, devote several minutes to thinking on how much your life would be better without anger.
2. When you feel anger arising in you, start breathing deeply and slowly several times.
3. You may, instead of breathing deeply, or better still, in addition to it, count slowly from one to ten. This will delay your angry reaction and weaken it.
4. Drinking some water has a calming effect on the body.
5. Try to be more patient, no matter how difficult it might be.
6. Be more tolerant toward people, even toward people you don’t like.
7. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. You can disagree with people, but still maintain tact and diplomacy.
8. Choose to react calmly and peacefully in every situation. Try again and again, regardless of how many times you lose control and get angry.
9. Positive thinking makes it easier to disregard remarks and behavior that otherwise could cause anger.
10. Try to manifest at least some self-control, self-discipline and more common sense.
11. Don’t take everything too seriously. It is not worth it.
12. Find reasons to laugh more often.JAI SAI RAM !!!

Om Sai Ram!!!
I have learned......
The hard way that I cannot always count on others to respect my feelings, even if I respect theirs. Being a good person doesn’t guarantee that others will be good people, too. You only have control over yourself and how you choose to be as a person. As for others, you can only choose to accept them or walk away.”

Baba Sai! Today I learnt...
There are 3 solutions to every problem. Accept it, change it, or leave it. If you can’t accept it, change it. If you can’t change it, leave it. I'll go for this Baba.

For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.

Baba Sai!
LIFE s a mixture of all varieties.......
If SAI answers your prayer,he is increasing your faith. If delays,he is increasing your patience. If doesn't answer ,he knows you can handle it perfectly.
Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them - every day begin the task a new.
Trust in the sadguru fully. This is the only sadhana.
