Real Spiritual advantage is always associated with troubles and pain only

The Sun is also thought to be the shooter of problem since the heat pains. But, the sunlight is giving topmost advantage, which gives the life to the living beings. It removes the darkness and is responsible for the preparation of food in the plants by photosynthesis. Similarly, the advantage in the problems given by Datta is enormous and eternal. The Saturn (Shanaichara) also gives problems to the people in this world. Yama also pains the people through punishments in the hell.  This always proves that the real advantage is always associated with troubles and pain only. You are always alert and active in the problems and not in happiness. The spiritual knowledge about absolute God requires highest activity of the brain to understand and analyze the absolute truth.

But this is only initial stage. Like one has to prepare a lots if he wants admission in good institution where admission is test based. He has to spend hours in study whereas his friends might be enjoying worldly pleasures, But when he qualifies, complete his course Life becomes beautiful.

When someone happens to be true Saint, he raise above from the state of pain and pleasures. Spiritual journey most of the times begins with painful phase, Just a process to understand and realize function of Maya, Reality of unreal world, What is Real and How it is associated with life. So, when one entered in spiritual world, He already would have discharged his all liabilities towards bad or evil karmas, intentional or otherwise.

He remains no more subject to Yama or any hell or heaven. He enters straight in the kingdom of Master Lord.   

Externally there might be many reflection in the lives of Saints like Kabeer Ji, Raidas Ji, Meera, Dhana, Namdev Ji,Surdas Ji, Hari Das Ji, Rahim Ji, Raja Janak……………. but in their internal life, all were static, Playing their role as one actor perform his role in any drama or movie. For them the world too is drama. or as V2birit said in one of his thread, World is only a dream, It is very beuatifully explained in shalok mahala 9 and Yoga Vasishta, At each state they know whatsoever is happening is temporary, Change is the Law of Universe.

If you are prepared to serve Him like a dog at His feet through total surrender, you are in the post of God

Nivrutti (loving practical service to God) with fruit of infinite bliss is stage of preaching and Nivrutti with miserable service is the stage of final test. One passes the test if he or she is prepared for miserable service only, forgetting the bliss as fruit. The moment one is attracted to bliss, bliss disappears. The moment one is attracted to miserable service, bliss appears.  If you are prepared to serve Him like a dog at His feet through total surrender, you are in the post of God. If you are attracted to the post of God, you will become the dog at His feet! Your attitude and the fruit are related in reverse way because the words God and dog are reverse! Except for the need in Pravrutti (justice of society), God would not like to preach Nivrutti to anybody since it appears as the projection of self by God.

The spiritual aspirant must always invite troubles and misery in his life, which are the real friends to give the advanced training. But if you analyse carefully, such misery gives you the real eternal bliss. This bliss is eternal because it is associated with misery and is not affected by misery. Thus, the real eternal bliss comes only through the misery in the sacrifice. The bliss that comes in the happiness of selfishness is always temporary. It disappears when the misery attacks it. Therefore, you must try to derive the internal bliss through the misery obtained in the sacrifice. Misery also comes by sins but such misery will not give the eternal bliss.

Therefore, you should try to attain the eternal bliss by sacrificing every thing and every body in this world for the sake of the Lord in human form. Lakshmana, Bharatha, Hanuman etc. did the same. Even Jesus says that unless one sacrifices all the bonds and even is prepared to sacrifice the life by carrying his own cross for the sake of the Lord, He is not pleased with such disciple. The bliss rising from misery and associated with misery can never be effected by misery and therefore remains eternal. A person who is grown up by the poison only as the food cannot be effected by the bite of a serpent.

It was old times, when there was presumption, be devotee like a Dog, Be Loyal and surrender like a Dog, But this is Kalyuga, and many times even Dog also not proved to be loyal. That’s why Tests are tough in spiritual world.

God do not demand anything, there is already a system of Karmas and Devotion. To merge in God on account of esteem love and devotion towards God or Attain Nirvana on account of great deeds in worldly lives. Only Time is Matter in all this.

This is not aim of spiritual life to keep on inviting troubles and miseries, this is good for the people at basic level of spirituality to keep remember God associating with sufferings. This is same like Kunti asked Lord Krishna to bless her with a life full of miseries only to be in state of remembering God constantly.

The spiritual aspirant must not always invite troubles and misery in his life, but yes if encounters must welcome. Like in Martial Arts at initial stage, people live pains in various kinds of push-ups, burning their hands in heat, but once they get at advance level, comes  kata’s, Advance Moves, Meditation……If they keep on spending time in basic exercises, How they will progress.

and this is only a presumption, if one will suffer or live a painful life, then only He will get rid of his bad or evil karmas, there are many other methods like chanting, serving poor etc.

God never like to see his beloved devotees in pain, Like Sai thyself to protect his devotee from the punishment of hell, gets into fire. If one gets ready to sacrifice everything for Lord, Then Lord never let it happen.

Those who undergo misery for the sake of the mission of the Lord, will achieve the love of the Lord

The difficulties giving misery are the best ground to understand this statement of Lord in Gita. Therefore, love the problems and misery. Hate peace and happiness. But this should be limited to yourself for the personal spiritual effort and should not be extended to society surrounding you. You are not supposed to disturb the society around you in any way in which case God will be furious with you. Demons were punished for this because they gave misery to the society for their personal happiness. Those who undergo misery for the happiness of the society please the Lord and reach the temporary heaven. Here you are serving the society without any selfishness and therefore for the sake of welfare of the society you are rejecting your peace and happiness. You are certainly greater than a fellow who serves the society for his personal peace and happiness like the present politician. But those who undergo misery for the sake of the mission of the Lord, will achieve the love of the Lord and reach His divine abode forever.

 Here also you are serving God not for your peace and for your happiness. Therefore, whether it is service to society or God, the selfishness should be absent and sacrifice should be present. Several devotees aspire bliss by serving the Lord. This is not the correct spirit. One should aspire for the bliss of God through his service and not selfish bliss.

Total surrender to God

The total surrender of your self is possible if you know that you are a tiny part of His movable property.  A goat is a part of the movable property of the butcher.  Every drop of the blood and every bit of the flesh is the property of the butcher only.  The butcher is going to enjoy the entire flesh and blood of the goat and therefore there is no individuality for the goat.  Similarly, every atom of your gross body and every wave of the energy in your gross body belong to the God. All your qualities (subtle body) and your entire pure awareness (soul or causal body) belong to God only.  Hence, total surrender of your self is the complete justice (Tameva Sharanam Gachcha….Gita).  To signify this concept, the Lord is called as Pashupati or the owner of the souls, which are like the animals.

Worship and service to Lord should be without any expectation

When you worship the Lord you should not aspire for any fruit in return. Some people sacrifice work and money but they aspire for some fruit in return. Such a service is again a waste. If you do Nishkama Karma Yoga, which is the service to the Lord without expecting anything from the Lord, then alone will the Lord come in human form and suffer for your sins. Then alone can you get rid of your sins. Other than this one path there is no alternative. Either you have to pay or your father (the Lord in human form) has to pay the fine for your sins. If you pester the Lord through the present rituals and methods of worship, the Lord will only make rearrangements to your file of Karma.

 He will bring the good results, which you were supposed to enjoy in your next birth, to the present. However this rearrangement will lead to a loss in value as in case of a premature encashment of deposits. You do not know this secret and you think that you have flattered the Lord and got rid of your sins. What you do not know is that your present sins are thrown to next birth with increased interest. Your future life cycle will be full of miseries from birth to death due to such interference. Therefore the Lord is cleverer than you when you adopt the ways of business with Him.
