  • Shri Sham Sai Sadan, Shri Sansthan, Khedighat, was established in 1936 by 108 Sidhha Shri Udhvesh Gangadhar Ranade alias Shri Sai-Sut Sham Das Baba. This place is about 65 kilometer from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, along the southern bank of pious Narmada river.

Shri Sham Baba was born on June 9, 1865, at Devgarh (Ratnagiri) and took Mahasamadhi at the age of 86 yrs, on August 8, 1951, at Khedighat. Pujya Shri Sham Baba was an exceptional disciple of Param Pujya Shri Sai Baba of Shirdi. In 1904 Shri Sai Baba gave him the new name “Sham Das.” Shri Sham Baba traveled to many religious places in India spreading the fame of Shri Sai Baba. While returning from Rameshwaram, the Mathadheesh of Shringeri honored Shri Sham Baba with the revered title of “108 Sidhha Shri.” Presently there is a Samadhi of Shri Sham Baba at Shri Sham Sai Sadan. Shri Sham Baba wrote many Bhajans, verses, and poems about Shri Sai Baba. Shri Sham Baba motivated devotees to have immense faith in Shri Sai Baba and preached how to attain self realization and be one with God while still remaining involved with mundane affairs. In 1949 he wrote his “last message” for devotees, which has been published in English, Hindi, and Marathi.  According to that “My father Shri Saiyeesh used to say that His bones would speak after his death. No wonder, that great as He was, His bones do speak, and will speak forever! But this humble child of His has to tell you that my stones too would speak if all those who have regards for me, open heartedly and endearingly invoke my stones to speak.”

Shri Sham Baba always told his devotes to chant Shri Sai Baba’s name with utmost devotion, have mercy, and live with love and affection. Many devotees have personally experienced blessings of Shri Sham Baba, and many devotees have been blessed and gotten their wishes by praying intently with love, affection, and total surrender at the ever-live Samadhi of Shri Sham Baba at Khedighat. According to Shri Sham Baba, “faith begets mercy.”

OM SAI SRI SAI JAYA JAYA SAI!!!
Let us pray at the feet of Sai Baba who is the incarnation of all gods and protector of all, to show mercy on us, and increase our devotion towards him.
A Person, who has controlled his mind, can achieve any success in his life. How far you are trying to control your mind?
The mind that judges not others ever remains tension-free.
