What hope means

Hope is bright shining light which keeps darkness at bay
Hope is the gentle cold breeze on a hot summer day

Hope is to remain positive when going gets tough
Hope is seeking more when others think you had enough

Hope is dreaming of tomorrow
Hope is simmering under sorrow

Hope is sparkles when tears in our eyes
Hope is a beautiful thing & beautiful things never dies

What hope means

Hope is as light as a feather
Hope keeps all of us together

Hope is ubiquitous and free of cost
Hope is the last thing ever lost.....

It's ok to kiss a fool,
It's ok to let a fool kiss you,
but never ever let a kiss fool you....

It's still best to wait for the one you want
than settle for the one available.
Best to wait for the one you love
than settle for one who's around.
Best to wait for the right one.
Life is short to waste on the wrong person....

It is better to meet the person who will truly love you later,
than meet someone now who promises to love
you but sooner or later leave you forever.....

Never try to impress someone to make him/her fall in love with you
If you do, you will be expected to keep the standard for the rest of your life...

Fate determines who comes into our lives. The heart determines who stays...

LIFE

Life can seem ungrateful, and not always kind.
Life can pull at your heartstrings, and play with your mind.
Life can be blissful, and happy and free.
Life can put beauty, in the things that you see.

Life can place challenges, right at your feet.
Life can make good, of the hardships that we meet.
Life can overwhelm you, and make your head spin.
Life can reward those, determined to win.

Life can be hurtful, and not always fair.
Life can surround you, with people who care.
Life clearly does offer, its ups and its downs.
Life's days can bring you, both smiles and frowns.
Life teaches us to take, the good with the bad.
Life is a mixture, of happy and sad.

So.....

Take the life that you have, and give it your best.
Think positive, be happy, let God do the rest.
Take the challenges, that life has laid at your feet.
Take pride and be thankful, for each one you meet.
To yourself give forgiveness, if you stumble and fall.
Take each day that is dealt you, and give it your all.

Take the love that you're given, and return it with care.
Have faith that when needed, it will always be there.
Take time to find the beauty, in the things that you see.
Take life's simple pleasures, let them set your heart free.

The Best Day Of My Life

Today, when I awoke,
I suddenly realized that this is
the best day of my life, ever!

There were times when I wondered if
I would make it to today; but I did!
And because I did
I’m going to celebrate!

Today, I’m going to celebrate what
an unbelievable life I have had so far:
the accomplishments, the many blessings,
and, yes, even the hardships because
they have served to make me stronger.

I will go through this day with my head
held high, and a happy heart.

I will marvel at God’s seemingly simple
gifts: the morning dew, the sun, the
clouds, the trees, the flowers, the birds.
Today, none of these miraculous creations
will escape my notice.

Today, I will share my excitement for life
with other people. I’ll make someone
smile. I’ll go out of my way to perform
an unexpected act of kindness for someone
I don’t even know.

Today, I’ll give a sincere compliment to
someone who seems down. I’ll tell a child
how special he is, and I’ll tell someone
I love just how deeply I care for them
and how much they mean to me.

Today is the day I quit worrying about
what I don’t have and start being grateful
for all the wonderful things
God has already given me.

I’ll remember that to worry is just a
waste of time because my faith in God
and His Divine Plan ensures everything
will be just fine.

Tonight, before I go to bed, I’ll go
outside and raise my eyes to the heavens.
I will stand in awe at the beauty of the
stars and the moon, and I will praise God
for these magnificent treasures.

As the day ends and I lay my head down
on my pillow, I will thank the Almighty
for the best day of my life. And I will
sleep the sleep of a contented child,
excited with expectation because I know
tomorrow is going to be ……

सूरज का गोला
इसके पहले ही कि निकलता
चुपके से बोला, हमसे - तुमसे, इससे - उससे
कितनी चीजों से
चिडियों से पत्तों से
फूलो - फल से, बीजों से-
"मेरे साथ - साथ सब निकलो
घने अंधेरे से
कब जागोगे, अगर न जागे, मेरे टेरे से ?"

आगे बढकर आसमान ने
अपना पट खोला
इसके पहले ही कि निकलता
सूरज का गोला

फिर तो जाने कितनी बातें हुईं
कौन गिन सके इतनी बातें हुईं
पंछी चहके कलियां चटकी
डाल - डाल चमगादड लटकी
गांव - गली में शोर मच गया
जंगल - जंगल मोर नच गया

जितनी फैली खुशियां
उससे किरनें ज्यादा फैलीं
ज्यादा रंग घोला
और उभर कर ऊपर आया
सूरज का गोला

सबने उसकी आगवानी में
अपना पर खोला ।

FOOTPRINTS

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.

In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only.

This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints, so I said to the Lord,

“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?”

The Lord replied, “The years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you.”

accusing you in aggressive
mood.
• The first stanza of “If”
illustrates the practice of selfconfidence
and expresses
that, in being confident, the
reader must have the courage
to face unpopularity and
disagreement.
• Avoid lies even if others deal
in it
• Even if hated Keep loving
• Be Humble but don’t pretend
to be too wise
• Advises against selfconfidence
that does not
allow for the
consideration of opposing
ideas.
• The first stanza touches
on several character
traits: self-confidence,
courage, patience and
honesty. His words "If
you can keep your head,"
"If you can trust
yourself," and "If you can
wait and not be tired by
waiting" show those
traits.

Stanza 2
• Have Dreams – no
overpowering
• Think but not too
much
• Triumphs and
disasters should be
treated alike
• Hold truth when
trapped by cunning
people
• No hopelessness
• When dreams break
start again
• The second stanza deals with
what you may do for the
public, yet not have personal
reasons or gain behind it.
• You can face trouble as
easily as you face success,
and you can take something
that broke-even though you
worked so hard for it-you
can rebuild it all over again.
• That shows a hard work
ethic.

Stanza 3
• Be adventurous
• Risk for a worthwhile
adventure
• Courage- if lose start
again (no talk of loss)
• Mental and physical
energy-deprived
• Hold on to your will
power
• The third stanza speaks
of taking everything
you've worked for and
risk it all, and then lose it
and have to start again.
• The key to that is not
telling anyone of your
loss.
• That shows integrity.
• That's in the line "And
lose, and start again at
your beginnings and
never breath a word
about your loss."
• Then it says you must
take all you have within
you, and when you are at
your lowest point, you
still have to have the will
to try.

Stanza 4
• Interact with common
rustics without losing
virtues
• Keep your sanity and
cool even when you
walk with the kings
• Not to affected by
foes and friends
• Neither undue
advantage nor ignore
anyone
• Each minute worth
living
• The final stanza speaks
of you being able to work
with anyone and not
change who you are or
what you stand for.
• This poems says that if
you can do all of these
things, the world is yours
and you can be truly
called a Man. "Yours is
the Earth and everything
that's in it, and-which is
more-you'll be a Man my
son!"

जी भर कर सताए लोग , जितना चाहे रूलाए लोग ,
और भी जुल्म ढाए लोग, अब फर्क कहीं नहीं पङता है,
इसमें उनका कुछ यदि बनता है , तो मेरा क्या बिगङता है,
लेखे है ये जन्मों के , जो पूरे हो कर रहने है,
रो कर करे या हंस कर करें , स्वासं तो पूरे करने है !!!

कठपुतली की तरह बस नाचे जा रही हूँ,
किसी ने धागे से जिधर खीचां बस वही चल दी,
बिना कुछ सोचे बस ठुमके लगा रही हूँ,
मेरी आत्मा कोसती मुझको धिक्कार दे रही,
तू है जिन्दा इंसान,तुझमे भी दिल है,
क्या यूँ ही जन्म गवाएगी
न सोचे गी कुछ बस धागों पर नाचती जाएगी,
परमेश्वर की संतान है तू
उस ईश्वर का अभिमान है तू,
न की सिर्फ काठ की पुतली,
जो सिर्फ नाचे जाती है,
मन को कर ले काबू में, तोङ के सारे धागों को
रख ले अपने हाथों में,
सौपं दे उसको अपना हर सांस, जो भी बाकी बचा हुआ,
फिर देख इस जीने में क्या है मज़ा,
सौपं दे सारे धागें उसको जो असली तेरा रचयिता है!!!
