I got betrayal... NOT from 1 or 2 people but many... I AM TIRED OF BEING NICE, HELPFUL, LOVING and then always get hurt at the end... MY DEAR FRIEND... YOU DID, CAUSE YOU ALLOWED PEOPLE TO HURT YOU.
Remember one thing. This is what someone very imp to me told me while I was going through a similar phase.
WE TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO TREAT US. WE ALWAYS DO!
Sit back and think about this one statement. I thought about it for 6 months. And try to connect it to every situation in life where you feel you failed or lost.

Every incident, every memory & EVERY PERSON who does not give you your desired peace... FLUSH THEM OUT OF YOUR LIFE. THEY'RE NOT WORTH IT!
How? By building n creating new memories.
& This time treat yourself right... with respect. Do not treat yourself like dirt. & More importantly do not let yourself be treated like dirt.
