Just wanted to know why

dear sai devotees, I have a question to ask.  I had many goals/objectives to fulfil. some were to do with passing my exams. some still were to be filled. but I made a promise to Sai baba , to come to his shrine in shirdi and say thank you for his help.  what i dont understand is im praying to sai baba, that why doesnt he let me come to shirdi and say thanks. he is the one who helped me. and there were so many other occasions he helped me. I feel unfulfilled until i go to to shirdi to say thanks. there are still some other major things i want, but still i want to say thanks to baba for helping me with those things i got with his help and blessing.  I know we all have our karma to bear. this life is really hard, but im trying to see this as one long test. I know you may say well i got my desires and if u pray to sai, it will be the same as going to shirdi. But for me I need to go there physically. I want to feel some peace.

Dear Devotee,

Why do you feel Baba resides only in Shirdi? Why do you feel you will attain peace only after visiting shirdi? Remember without the will of Baba Sai even if one succeed to visit Shirdi he or she won't be able to feel presence of Baba Sai it would be just like a being tourist. To say thanks to Baba the best way is to live according to his standards and adopting shardha and Saburi part of our lives. Baba knows everything and don't seek any explanation from us. Temptations or anxiety are not good at the spiritual part of the life!
