Great. Starterji... whenever you feel low, please feel free to go to the Akhanda Naam Jaap section and keep doing naam jaap till your mind is calm and at peace. Also try doing Naam Jaap for 11,000 times in one week mentally whenever you get free time and see the shift in you. For your kids and others around to be fine, firstly you need to be fine, calm and free of worry. Work on yourself first starterji. I have been noticing your and Shovaji's posts since the day I've joined. You both look really stressed and worried.
I understand sometimes we feel really, really low and don't know what to do. A feeling of helplessness grips us completely. Sometimes we feel we're wrapped in worry and negativity. And the moment we realize that... whats the first thing we must do? Break the wall of negativity and let positive thougths and hope flow in.
I do not know what exactly your problem is. But whatever it is, please try to be and stay happy and calm first yourself. And just see the rippling effect of the same on your family and loved ones. Naam jaap calms one down and puts one into a slight meditative state where all our bottled up thoughts and emotions get and opportunity to flow out.
You may like to try doing it. Am sure it would help in some way. Besides... am sure Baba is watching you. And all our prayers are always with you.
