with your blessings I got new job in Pune...So whole family is moving to pune..Please baba help me here in this current comapny..As per HR policy i put the papaers as 2 monhts...so they will release me on May17th..

if that is the case i want to join in new comapny may23rd...baba u know my sentiment ..please here prject DM is ready to relase me in April23rd..coz i don't have that much work here..but Hr peole and practice people r not confirming that date..after that i shoulbe in bench upto may17th..why..it's waste for them and even me also..So i requested my practice head..but he didn't respond properly...

as u remebered my project DM promised me he is going to realease me on april 23rd from this project..
so I requested my practice head relase me from this orgnization by end of April..
so baba I can able to join on May16th in new company.

But today I asked him he didn't even update with HR people for releasing me from this project.
he is changing his word he trying to releasing me on by the end of this month..

amma condiong is same ...if one day she looks fine,other day her condition is not good..
I am parying baba sinceyerly and so i felt baba promised me he will cure my mother ....so i am praying him like anything,...

I have seen yours problem in this section also....i too faced some problems with my husband 2 years back ..but by baba's grace everying is settled and we happily living together...it's my personal exp....wiht a mircale form my husabd and my inlaws changed..even me too also.....

please pray baba...don't loose faith...baba surely he will help you...

I think manager has every right to stop a person/ release him in advance.. so i pray sai to convince ur manager and help u if its really a big problem for you to serve complete 2 mnths of NP... but if ur new company is ready to join u on any date then i don thnk u will have any issues and u can dcide ur won date.. other than may23rd.. as u specified..
