Babaji, you know very well that i have filled unwanted fear (strange fear), which is most bothering me.. Pl help me to overcome this situation....My soul is crying to get peace.. me literally feel standing in fire... Pl help me babaji.. i will start pooja today.. pl bless me babaji... only your blessing will cure my mental worries... Pl PL Pl Pl bless & relief my tension & pl help me to rest in peace....
Dear Sai devotees...
Request your each help to pray for me.... I believe in prayers.. definitely my troubles will come to end soon if everyone pray for me.
My problem: I am in a family way.. once i got to the result.. i filled with fear.. this fear cannot be explained.. its strange fear.. always thinking in -vly & completely fear is occupying me..I really dont know how to overcome this.. i am not happy...always in sad mood & always in -ve thinking, always sitting with fear.. I have prayed babaji several times to give me blessings & getting peace.. i am requesting you all to pray for me to get out this fear & should rest in peace.. my baby should grow well.. pl help me to save me & my child (inside my womb)..
I have not slept nicely for past 1 week because of fear, If my fear get continous, definetly i will go mad... hence need your help to pray for me..

While I do not know the reason of the fear, I would suggest you to read something positive. You may need to divert yourself, try to do the things you like. Watch a few movies you like. Stay away from negative things like TV serials.

One of the most important suggestion is to do mediation, I know it's not easy to focus but give it a try - there are plenty of mediation videos of Youtube

Thank you so much sir... definetly i will try in watching video... but i was unable to concentrate on any work, i am literly crying wihtout getting sleep... I love to hear music, but i am unable listen one single song ... my mind is continously busy in making me fear... I understand that only babaji only able to left me up.. i am just dying daily with of fear.... My fear in the form of below.. 1. I cant take any medicine when i got any health issues.. for the past 1 week, i am struggling of headache..with Sinus.. 2. since i am getting fear continuously, will my baby growth got affected 3. I always tells my mind not to get fear, but immdly i am occupied with fear..
Pl help me to get up with this worst situvation... Pl pray for me to get some peace atleast till my delivery.. (should be March 2015)

Few Do's an Don'ts which our revered Saints have said about protecting the child from evil subtle entities.
1. The would be mother shud Read Vishnu Sahasranam (or part daily) it is the best protection for the inborn as it creates the protection of Sudarshan Chakra for the baby. It can be SAI SATCHARITRA which has the same effect, but please has to be done regularly, If the would be mother is unable to do so, the Father shud read the same and the Mother listen to it
2. Continuously do the Jaap of Guru Mantra, Sai Mantra, or just utter the SAI'S or Guru's Name whatever you do, wherever u go. This creates a shield of positive spiritual energy and the disturbing dark vibrations are unable to attack the child
3. Atleast once a week please light the Desi Cow dung cake with some Guggal, Loban, Chandan Powder, and raw sugar and spread the smoke in the entire house, before keeping the upla outside. This removes all the negative vibrations in the house.
4. Try reading atleast some Shlokas of Bhagwat Geeta or Ramayana everyday, or doing 108 rounds of Gayatri Mantra. Gayatri Mantra and Mahamritunjay mantra(and Bhagwat Geeta and Ramayana) in fact not only protect the child and mother BUT ALSO burn THE PAST KARMAS OF THE UNBORN CHILD AND MAKES HIS LIFE MUCH successful. If nothing else the Jaap of Hari Om, Om Sai Ram, har har har WILL also help.
5 The would be mother and father should also do annadaan, feed cows and dogs regularly till the child is born and even after that for a year. This would not only protect the child but also a good, lucky child would be born. Feeding dogs with milk removes negative vibrations, feeding cows increases the positive vibrations manifold and feeding the poor and saintly people increases the positive effects of planets. This will minimize the negetive effects of planets on the child and increase their positive effect, by modifying his karmas.
6. Try to Keep the old people (like the child's grandparents) near you when pregnant. Till Grandparents are there in the house the effects of women practicing witchcraft and black magicians cannot effect the child.
These are few tips. Thanks a lot to our Great Revered Saints and Param Pujya Gurudevji. Following these would benifit most mothers and fathers and help them beget New Shivaji's, Rana Prataps etc >>>

Babaji, pl help me... to get away from this unwanted thinking.... i am just dying daily .... dying each minute.. i was not like this before 7th aug.. Pl help me & show me your blessings.. i am feeling that i am having devil in my mind.. which should vanish from my mind/sub conscious mind/unconscious mind... only you can throw away this devil in me... pl help me .. this devil is killing me daily.. if this continous, i will go mad... pl help me babaji... i have to leave for my daughter atleast… else definelty she will be missing me very badly..

OM SAI RAM !!!
BABA is always with you. HE never leaves HIS children when they are in pain. HE knows your difficulties and will definitely help you and your family through the period of crisis. All you need to do is not to panic or having negative thoughts BUT keep chanting BABA'S sweet name.
To get rid of negative thoughts, try to recall all good things happened in your life. Always be in touch with all the positive people in your life and talk to them.
When alone, remember all the incidents where BABA helped you in a miraculous way, or read such books where devotees shared their miracles with BABA.
AND stay in faith that HE is with you and HE is guiding you.
Pl. REGISTER IN YOUR MIND CLEARLY THAT, like a LOVING MOTHER, BABA keeps an equal eye on all HIS children. HE is not limited in HIS powers.
If possible try to do the following exercise:
(1) Chant BABA'S name whole heartedly, and, if possible, do parayan of Shri Sai Satcharitra atleast one chapter everyday. Always remember one thing, before you start reading Satcharitra do say in your heart " as soon as my reading gets over a miracle will happen to me " Then see...........
(2) whenever you get free time, sit comfortably in a place where you feel yourself happy and convenient. close your eyes and start imagining that you are with BABA , talk to HIM and imagine that HE is replying to all your questions, solving your worries, tensions - all POSITIVELY. and then, slowly slowly try to see yourself the way you want to be in your life, a happy mother, a happy wife, a happy daughter in law, a cheerful lady who is taking care of her children, husband and other family members, elders......................
(3) PRAY TO BABA (OR YOUR ISHT DEVTAA,) 9 TIMES EVERYDAY FOR FEW MINUTES LOOKING STRAIGHT IN HIS EYES TO END YOUR PROBLEMS, IT WORKS MIRACULOUSLY AND VERY FAST. IT WORKS DEFINITELY FOR GENUINE PROBLEMS.
Above all, stay calm even if you feel that things are not getting any better. In fact, the truth is, BABA works the most when we feel it the least, keep holding tightly HIS LOTUS FEET WITH FAITH AND PATIENCE.

VPSS JI, My request to you is - to start with - change your negative thoughts even while posting in the forum and next, be strong and have faith.
Please try to have positive thoughts, being BABA's child you should have positive thoughts. :) HE is there with all HIS children and remember no BABA'S child is left out. Never feel alone. BABA is always beside you, within you.
Just refrain yourself concentrating on unwanted things. concentrate ONLY on WHAT YOU WANT. Feel BABA's presence and follow his path and nourish the nectar of BABA's presence around you and things will automatically fall in place.
Yes, I can understand the hardship you must be facing, you may think just typing it in words is easy BUT following the same is difficult.
VPSS JI, I have myself been an example and came out of so many hurdles / hardships with the strong support OF MY GURU, BELOVED BABA - guiding me and holding my hand in HIS hand. I have seen so many changes in me, when i had fallen at the lotus feet of BABA and things got totally changed.
SO always feel his presence and i am sure you too will accept that you are a BLESSED CHILD OF BABA.
Let me clarify one more thing, chanting means, just remembering BABA all the time is what required, it is not necessary to sit in a place and count in a rudraksha beads. Wherever you are whatever you be doing just keep chanting BABA'S SWEET NAME, after sometime, you will automatically be doing this. Read the nectar of BABA's leelas to build up your faith for HIM.
If you are not a working woman, visit nearby BABA's Temple everyday. On Thursdays, if allowed, organise OR Participate in GROUP PARAYAN / AKHAND NAAM JAAP at the Temple. Meaning spend your free time with BABA. The positive and divine vibrations at BABA's Temple itself is enough to make you physically, mentally and emotionally strong person.
BUT - What is required is COMPLETE SURRENDER TO BABA. When you completely surrender yourself to BABA, BABA does wonders in life, Just believe in BABA's name. BABA is your dhanvantri and your psychiatrist. Just shoulder the problem unto thy "OUR BELOVED BABA" WITH BLIND FAITH and BABA will take care of the rest.

Thanks shaivi for your kind & moral advice... i wanted to say loudly & happily write in this forum that i am doing good.. but some -ve force not allowing me to do so.. ysdty i didt sleep even few mins becos of this unwanted & useless thought.. i am praying babaji.. i am chanting his name.. reading sai satcharita..still ... unable to get peace.. definitly babaji did miracles in my life.. just few months back, my grandmother (75 yrs old) was not well & suffered from health problem.. i did 9 weeks viradham for her.. at the end of the viratham, she recovered better & good.. i was given big thanks to babaji.. My first daughter was suffered from stomach pain, i did pooja.. its graduallly comes down... all is with the help & bless of babaji... but i dont know why he is waiting now to give me his blessing ... I just need mental peace... every one is saying that its has to come from me... i am also trying for that only.. I will get mental peace only few mins or few hrs.. again the stress will come.. again the mental pressure will come, again the -ve thoughts & bad thoughts will arise... I really dont know for what he is waiting... he definetly can help me & i am waiting for that ......
Babaji.. i am feeling little better right now i want to be the same atleast my delivery.. some -ve force asking me to go for DNC.. its not allowing me sit calm... pl make my soul get into peace.. pl bless me babaji... pl save me babaji.. you have dont n number of miracles.. pl do some miracle & change me.. i will also motivate me with the help of sai devottes & prayers... Appa, doctor says that its because of hormonal change/imbalance... i dont know wt hormones needs to be there.. Pl balance my hormoes.. i want to live peacefully.. even though i am feeling better, sometimes/many times this -ve/bad thoughts knocking the door... pl help me to vanish completly babaji... I beleive you will help me... pl hold my hand babaji... this evil should go away from me.. it is not making me even pray with you, speak with you.... I am confident in you babaji.. that you will cure me very soon..
Everything is for good.. even though i got this bad evil, its making me to realize my mistake & i am able to understand the pain of others... My inlaw supported me to get away from this strange.. I have understand her now... i am able to understand where i am standing.. i am able to understand how we need to go... i dont know, because of this, you asked me to come in this path?

One time i am ok with what i am doing... some time, i am really upset on my thinking... it is killing me babaji..
Most of the times i am thinking on you babaji.. going to temple,... my soul is crying to get peace as like before 7th of Aug... but nothing working out... even if it works out only for few mins... again the devil thinking takes place & making me stand on the fire.. When you will help me babaji?
You have done so many miracles to so many devotees , I really dont know why slience for my struggle..
Yes amma, i have not been a good devotee, i dont do prayers regularly, i dont lighting lamps regularly, i dont do pooja's regualarly... but i never forget to say THANKS to you when i acheive success/feel happy....

I am also doing nama jabam whenever i am upset or happy... Sai will definetly bless me...
He might be simply watching now... but definetly he will not leave me.. i have faith in him still... He will definetly give me good & blessed Peaceful life... i believe varsha...
we went to psychiatrist doctor ... he said that i am having OCD hence i am getting bad/-ve thoughts etc... i dont know wt is that ... i felt that babaji shown me a way to go with doctor.. he has given medicine for a week... babaji shown me a way.. he has to take me till my delivery.. pl pray to cure my problem.

Thanks varsha.. for your prayer.... Sai have to bless me... i have no persons left...... Doctor advised me to take rest for next 10 days... I feel better in my office then my home as my inlaw makes me upset... i really dont know how i am going to manage for next 10 days sitting in my home alone...

Really very much thanks varsha for your prayers... I dont know whether Sai ji will bless me or not but definetly Sairam will bless you more with richest happiness throughtout your life...
Babaji... one by one problems are arisiing... added one more problem Inlaw problem now... already i am filled with OCD (Physological disorder) as doctor said, now my in-law is creating another problem...
Pl babaji, make my mind very clear that my baby in my womb is impt than any thing in the world.. Pl babaji, give order to my mind to think only for baby & no other else...
I know that "Theedhum Nanrum pirar thara vara"... pl ask my mind to be calm till delivery thinking only +vly with happiness...
Be with me pa.... I am waiting for your miracle to be done.... You know very well that when you need to do.. but still aftral i am just human being crying for this unbearable... also doctor said that i am having mind disorder... pl resolve that babaji.... Wtihout good mind, how can i survive in the world with 2 childerns... give me strength/change my mind... be in my mind...

Babaji, i have just read that you did so many miracles... can you pl give me peace in mind... doctor said that i am having OCd.. i am fear of this disease... you can control all 5 (Water/air/land/sky/fire) then why you not controlling my mind babaji.. pl do miracle... pl babaji... i want to deliver this baby with happiness & peace in mind.. Why you are maintaining silence babaji... pl do miracles... babaji.. else pl take us to your feet.. i want my heart to be stopped by today itself if you not giving me peace.. pl babaji... either you make me die.. atleast i will come to your feet else pl make my mind as like in the past... make my mind rest in peace.. pl babaji.. i dont know what i did mistake... can you not forgive me for that? whatever it is? pl babaji... do not maintain silence... its killing us... carrying baby wtih loads & loads of stress is hurting me... pl babaji.. i beg you babaji... pl help us... with either of the above. IF we did any mistake, if we realize the mistake & asked sorry to babaji whole heartdly.. will babaji forgive us?
if he forgives, will we feel bad?

I really dont know whether baba still forgive me or not?
I also asking him to give punishment for my mistake after my delivery.. but why babaji is not listening to my prayer?
I have a doubt whether am i a good devotee to him?..
I really dont know how to show bhakthi/love.... i will remind him many times... i used to spk with him mny times... he was answered before.. but for this case, he is completly maintaing silence varsha?
Really horrible to live.... i really vexed in wordly life.... I dont know when he wll give me peace? i am still waiting for his reply...

I will keep faith in him... remembering his face most of the times... praying him as much as i can.. people are saying consious/sub-consious etc... i realy dont know whthr i am doing consiouly or subconsiously... but doing it for my kid inside my womb... praying god that i my heart/soul should tell only spiritual nama (sai/rama etc)...

I have decided varsha not to focus on happiness... i am going to say to my mind... never expect even happiness...
If it comes, ok, if it not comes,, will live without that..
I was asking babaji to give me peace/happinesss in my mind & i am expecting that too happen... but my mind is not rest in peace permanetly... so again worry starting...
i am not losing faith on babaji... but i am started telling my mind not to expect peace... it is better not to except anything even happiness..
My inner soul (somewhr) telling that this struggle is for my good... i know he will not leave me.. but he is silence for something.. i dont know wht his next move aftral i am just human being...

Varsha: baby heart is not formed properly, one kidney is not thr/not seen/1 placenta s not thr... more complications.. doctor advised to go for abortion.. my admission date is 11-dec (Thrusday)... Pl pray for me... i really dont know wt to say... i am unable to cry as well... going sick again...

I am unable to get sleep varsha. I am suffering a lot. None of them are saving me. I am getting fear. If babaji s thr he will save me. Feeling losing confidence.

varsha.. i am doing often ... i believe one day he will save me... i am getting into his thouhgt often...
Bababji pl bless all with peaceful mind.. i have understood the pain of mental stress.. its really unbearable... killing like slow poisonous... None of them should suffer like me babaji... none of them should suffer from mental problems..
Pl forgive all our mistakes done knowlingly or unknowlingly & bless us babaji..
U have cured the cholera disease.. likewise pl cure all our mental problems..
Show me a path where i should go.. asusual telling you babaji, pl hold my hand ... If i hold, i will leave in between... pl hold us & give us right path... be with us always babaji...

Babaji.. you know well that i have seen TV yesterday where i got information from chirtianity people saying "Jesus went to labour room & saw the child with blood & taken the child covering with white cloth & bring the child close to the heart & said i will my hand again pl give your hand & i will hold it tightly, i will save you"
What is that mean babaji.. my child has been taken by jesus/you.. my inner soul is telling that you both are same..
Babaji I really dont know what should i do again... pl shower ur blessings on me & make my mind very clear...
Pl give the same child back to me with no abnormilities if you think i am fit for second child... else pl change my mind..
I alredy given my mind/body to your feet.. pl take it & give me clear picture that what i should do..
My mind is wavering & confusing with so many things... i know you will help me.. but dont know when...

Sairam.. today after seeing the Sai miracle/story in podhigai channel.. i was so happy... i feel the same joyfull throughtout my life.. that joy is something given peace to my soul/mind..
Pl babaji, be with me, guide me.. keep talking to me.. i want to realize that you in myself...

Handed over all my thoughts/actions/everything to you... pl control my thoughts whether its good bad.. sometimes i feel relaxed.. often thinking of SAD.. unwanted/useless thoughts.. i dont know what chemical has been decreased in my brain.. but whatsoever, it is always possible by you to increase the level & brings to normal.. I dont like to go medical treatment.. i believe i will defenetly cure by you... Cure me babaji...
dont know my past karma's but i am good in this birth.. i always think that i should not harm any one even in mind.. still i am suffering babaji.. pl forgive me if i did any mistakes (knowingly or unknowlingly) even in my earlier birth (if any)..
I dont want to leave Luxurious life... i just need only peace babaji.. mind peace... my mind should always thinks of only good things, which i have been asking you even in my child hood days..
Hope i will get it one day babaji.. you will give me that...

Thanks shaivi ji for the advise.. i am trying to keep my mind quite..but ?? its so difficult shaivi ji..
Babaji.. Bless all with peaceful mind... i really fedup .. i am unable to tolerate even a small discomfort... My daughter is not keeping well, she is having stomach pain.. often she used to tell stomach pain... now i am getting fear of everything babji.. i am unable to face it without FEAR.. when i will get self confidence..? Babaji pl come to this world & help us... there are so many people are suffering for different struggles & queries... its really unbearable for us.
there are only punishments will make people better bababji.. No previous karma's can be removed without worrying/ sufferings..? Bless all babaji.. all previous karma's of everyone should be removed... people should not suffer babaji... Pl help us babaji .. show your blessings babaji...
