My Lord, My Father,... debt relief please.  Need to pay the rest of children's education, need to pay debts, pay bills, pay for house, for buying food, need for my wife's medicines. I am aware I have made many mistakes, should have done better for my life management... all this is a consequence from my lack of obeissance to YOU.
