Om sai ram.
baba suddenly my all teeth got senstive...i can not drink ..eat ..even air also makes my teeth sensitive ....pls deva cure me...it is going unbearable..

OM SAI RAM GAURI JI,

Teeth sensitivity occurs if the protective enamel around the teeth gets eroded and
nerve endings under the teeth get exposed.

Try this natural home remedy using mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) and rock salt (सेंधा नमक) daily:

1. Take 1 tbsp mustard oil (सरसों का तेल)
2. Add 1 tsp rock salt (सेंधा नमक)
3. Apply on teeth using your index finger
4. Massage gently
5. Leave it for 5 min
6. Rinse mouth with water

In addition to the above also try this natural home remedy twice using salt every day :

1. Take 1 glass lukewarm (गुनगुना) water
2. Add 2 tsp normal salt
3. Mix well
4. Rinse mouth with this solution once in the morning and once at bedtime

Brush your teeth gently and for brushing hold brush like a pen - meaning softly, rather than
a weapon - meaning aggressively. Avoid hard-bristled toothbrush and Teeth whitening products.

Gauri ji, these remedies are based on the principles of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science
of healing, and are completely natural, non-invasive, and can be prepared at home.

Also consult a good dentist if the symptoms persist.
