as saiputra ji said ki we can do anline meeting also dats sounds owsum..... maine apne father se baat kari jo railways mei kaam karte hain as dipty mgr in sig/telecom...... he is the vice president of IRPOF (Indian Railways Promotee Officers Federation).... he is having well known knowledge of running these associations as he runs this in all india level......

i had concern him about it..... he said that ki kisi bhi association ko banane se pahle hamei uske interested members k sath meeting karni padti hai jismei atleast 7 members ka present hona zaruri hai......

uske baad we have to prepare memorandum of association banaya jaega jismei ye likha hoga ki ye ek social association hai jismei sab log volenteirs hai matlab apni marzi se kaam kar rae hai n etc n ismei sab logo k signature liye jaenge.....

uske baad hamei apni commitee k liye rules n regulations, ethics, norms n values prepare karni hogi jaise kaun kaun members hain, kaun board members maei hain, objective kya hai cometee ke, office kahan hoga. kaun head hoga jo sab kamo ko dekhega ki kahin kuch ruk to nai raha etc.....

after dis hmei apni cometee ko rejisterar k office ja kar legaly otherized karna padega....... jise koi bhi ek member ya board member ja kar rejister kara sakta hai....

uke baad bank mei account kholna hoga on the name of our cometee n ek seal banana hogi jo treasurer ( jo paise ka hisab kitab dekhega) k pas rahegi n koi bhi paise se related ya fir kisi bhi tarah ka bill karne se pahle uske sign k sath lagegi..........

this the whole procedure through which we have to go through....... ab iske baad ap madad karo.........
