Thoughts cannot be controlled easily, so best way it, when ever feel any thought arising in mind against the purpose of life, Just be apart from your thoughts. If you remember sometimes back You asked about how to go in the state of thoughtlessness. The basic technique if you practice I think will be very useful. Just to remind again:
Empty your mind. Very basic yoga technique, can do any time, but not immediate after Meals. Just concentrate on your breathes, Breath in, Breath Out. Just see inside you. Just like a machine. Feel your breath. It is very basic form of meditation to make mind zero or thoughtless. Seems very simple, but don't take lightly or in fun. Start with 1 minute, each day increase by 30 seconds. After 30 days you will able to watch your breath continuously for 15 minutes. If you succeed, you will be able to control or vibrate your thoughts at will. This is a state of warrior in a combat.
