Sai ram,
I need guidence and help from Sai devotees, this is a very sensative subject. I have found out I am pregnant with my fiance and we are due to get married next year but we cannot keep the baby as both our families would be very hurt and it would not work at the moment therefore we have decided to have an abortion.
If our society and culture was different I would have kept the baby but this is not the case. I have been really upset and hurt by what has to be done but to save the hurt and pain of our families we have chosen to take this step.
I am a strong Sai baba devotee and I know baba is there with me, he has shown his presence in my life many times by helping me and answering my prayers but I am scared and ashamed to go to baba with my pain of going with this abortion.
Will baba punish me? Will he help me through this difficult time? Will baba leave me? I have so many questions and feel so alone. Please someone help me.
It has been days and I have not had the courage to go to my mandir and talk to baba. Please someone help me, I am in alot of pain and distress.

u sound desperate and its understandable.
m nt much experienced to answer u...bt wish to b of a little help tht i can.
always remember one thing,tht baba has been wd us since many past births,he ws wd us wn we were in our mother's womb and he knew thn only wht we wud b doing whn 5,6 16 or 26 yrs old.
its natural to shy away from him,but remember,he already knew of it.do nt make it a reason to run away from him.go to him n talk it out.he will guide u.
fr th othr thing i dnt knw wht to say ,bt if u cn b responsible,n ur fiance knws of it,y dont u talk it to him n try n prepone ur marriage .
cn abortions nt b dangerous???lyk later ne problem in conceiving and nt conceiving at all?
do consider on all these.

baba is th saviour.may he guide you.

Thank you Suhani for your help, as per your questions no they are not dangerous and cannot effect future fertility. I just have so many questions and do not want baba to leave my side because of this step I will take.
Will baba punish me? Will baba understand my situation and stay with me?

Baba please bestow your loving blessings on baba1806 and guide her Gurudeva.
Dear sister, Baba will never abandon you no matter what you do, he will always be there to hold your hand. Please talk to him, sit in Baba's mandir for sometime, ask him to guide you and he will.
I dont have knowledge on abortions, but yes, I have heard that it can be dangerous depending on the stage of pregnancy and can affect future fertility in physical terms.
Also, a child is a blessing from God, there are so many people here in Dwarkamai that pray everyday to be blessed by a child. However sister, I can understand that this is a very delicate situation, we are no one to judge as an outside. Because you have to live your life and no one else will live it for you, so please pray to Baba and ask him to guide you, he will show you the way.
Nothing happens without a reason, I believe that we are all exactly where we are supposed to be in life, there are no co-incidences. It is destiny based on our Karmas.
Dont feel ashamed in front of Baba, he is our Gurudeva with unconditional love for us whether we do 'right' or 'wrong', we are all one to him sister.
Please be strong and ask Baba for answers, he will surely be there and talk to you through many ways :)
