Please help to resolve my confusion

    I am going through lots of personal problems. I know it is all due to my karma. I have sinned in many ways. I regret for all of them.
    I used to pray baba to help me be strong to face the issues and was hoping that one day I will be out of all this.

    I used to believe that baba can help me do that. I have had many small experiences myself after praying baba. But recently I am very depressed thinking whether baba will just look at us suffer thinking it is because of their karma or will he help us come out of it, if we keep praying to him.

    I was reading a book on Sai Devotees Experiences and one of his close devotee had mentioned that baba had told him that he cannot help a person suffering because of karma and whatever he says about the future of the person is because he has the power to see the future but as such he does not have any power to get them come out of the problem. Then why do we pray? Should we not then just keep bearing the sufferings and do good to others and not sin anymore?

    Is there no escape from karma even though we have realised our mistakes and ask sai to guide us. Will sai help us?

    From the past one week I have lost all hopes. I feel there is no escape from all this. I have lost belief even in baba. I am getting scared because of this. All these days, I used to think that baba is there to protect me but if he is just going to see me suffer then whom do I have? Where can I go to?

    I felt like writing it down to sai devotees and maybe your explanations will clear my mind. Please help

    Its not only u there are so many people who are sailing in same boat, even im in same case and many of our sai familiy members.
    Yes what all we are suffering is due to bad karmas only and it is true that baba or any god can't help to remove our karmas.
    we have to suffer what ever our bad karmas are there for pending in this birth. it is not only bad karmas even if u have good past karmas then people enjoy fruits of their karmas.we see some people are really blessed and they are richest and though they don't pray they will enjoy life and will get what they want... or even more than that.these people even if they do sin they will lead a happy life this is only bcoz they did good karmas in previous birth.
    U know there are so many people in this world whose suffering are much more worse than us. some don't have food to eat, clothes, shelter, some can't study,some are jobless, some have dreadfull diseases and some are physically and mentally challenged......think about them how they must be suffering

    Coming to ur query, its not that our baba see us suffering..its not true even he will be suffering with us and each and every devotee who prays him.remember he says that "please cast ur burden on me i will bear for u".we have to do prayers to lessen the pain and guru's necessity is to make us cross our responsibilities with his guidance.
    See sufferring has to be beared .... then its ur choice either bear it happily or with sad feeling..i know its very killing feeling
    just surrender ur problem to baba .... u tell baba plz solve my problem... tell him plz bear my pain" and leave it don't even think of solving it.then see how light we will feel. don't loose hopes when u trust God u shudn't loose hope.this is what baba wants "Shraddha and Saburi" . one of freind god marraied after 5 yrs with her loved ones.......she is also Sai devotee.that is shraddha and Saburi.
    i know its very difficult and very tough to have when we suffer ...but when ever u feel depreseed chant his name "Sai" and increase ur prayers. go to temple , write "Shri Sai nathay Namah" 108  times, read sai charitra as many times as u can. just involve n keep urself busy and ur mind concentrated only on baba.pray for others .....

    If my words hurt u in any sense plz forgive me... i just want to make u feel better....and tell u how baba is great

    I know I shouldnt lose faith. But sometimes it is too hard.

    As you said, I will keep chanting sai. He will always help his children

    Suffering is like passing clouds. The peaceful sky is eternal. You should turn your attention towards Adhyatma. You wont even know whether the clouds are there or have passed away.

    • True.We have to go through all the hardship because of our past karma.We can make our life better by praying to Sai Baba.Nothing is impossible for Sai baba.

    I THINK I HAVE ANSWER OF UR THIS QUESTION ,,,,

    AS U READ THAT ,,BABA TOLD TO ONE OF HIS DEVOTEE THAT HE CANNOT HELP ,,DUE TO DEVOTEE'S BAD KARMAS...

    WELL ,, IF U R ALSO WATCHING SAIBABA STAR PLUS SERIAL ...

    THIS SERIAL IS BASED ON SSC & SAI LEELA MAGAZINE.....

    IN THIS SERIAL ALSO ,, WHEN SOME DEVOTEES WERE IN TROUBLE BABA ALWAYS USED TO SAY ONE WORD..ITS DUE TO UR BAD KARMA................& I CANNOT HELP U ..................

    BUT ,,,,,,,,,AT THE END ,,,,,,,,,,BABA HAD ALWAYS HELPED THEM & FULFILLED THEIR WISHES...........

    SO ,, BABA ALWAYS CALL HIM AS HE IS A JUST NORMAL HUMAN BEING ,,NOT EVEN GOD...........

    THIS IS OUR SWEET BABA'S NATURE... HE TOLD THIS ...........

    BUT ALSWAYS SOLVED HIS ALL DEVOTEES PROBLEMS....................BELIVE ME

    SO DEAR ,,,,,,,, JUST KEEPP FAITH ,, I AM 100% SURE...BABA NEVER LET FEEL US ALONE IN OUR TROUBLES...

    • I wud like to add one thing .............

    we suffer due to our bad karmas it is true but at the same time if we go to our Sadguru's sharan he will definitely lessen the intensity of pain and sufferring ................

     i am reminded of one real story i have heard form my mom.wud like to share with u all...........

    story goes like this,

    once upon a time there was a man who always remembered God, never did anything wrong, did pooja archana religiously. he lived such a pious life that he shud have been the happiest person in this world.............once he was climbing some hill when his foot fell on some thorny bush. This resulted in  pain and some bleeding!

    He was very dejected and cried loudly to God as to why this happened!!! God gave him a vision and told him that because of his past karmas he was bound to suffer even more but since now his karmas are good so God has reduced the intensity...........he was destined to suffer by falling of tree over him but now since intensity decreased he suffered minor injury by a small shrub!!!!!!!!

    Such is the power of bhakti, Karma and Sadguru's Sharan!

    So never let ur faith in Sadguru shatter!
