Dear Sonakshi,
To change a Job you have two reason here:
1) People there are not happy.
2) You are not interested in Profile.
For First one, i.e. Unhappy people You can’t do anything. Most of them would be like conditioned to be unhappy. The one who has focus in his work never find time for worthless gossips or minor issues at work. Others have time to do or think anything beyond work. I do agree It is very difficult to remain happy in the group of unhappy people who have habit of keep on making complaints against management or peers, But not impossible.
In the world there is no such thing which is 100% useless. Just evaluate your profile and see what do you really like. There must be something. Start growing silently. Keep on learning new things, acquiring new skills, but without a louder noise. Let Your work reveal who you are. Remember actions always speaks louder than words or voice.
I recommend to read two great books which will support you or strengthen you to cope with current situation at work:
1. How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
2. The 48 Laws of Power. by Robert Greene and Joost Elffers
You can get it from any book stand or search google. You can get .pdf or in presentation formats. Not only Read, but also understand, not in hurry but step by step.
You can quit the job and get new, But what is guarantee New organization will be full of happiest people. So, Don’t quit immediately. Be there for sometimes. Learn to face different types of people. God has given you a brain. Use it. Sometimes life makes us to learn new things to enable us to handle some difficult situations or challenges of life at later phase with ease.
Baba Says, “what so ever happens in our life, There is always a purpose behind that!”
