Regarding saptah

hi every one,
             can anyone tell me how to do saptah please?

SAPTAH: (lit., seven) The continuous chanting of the name of God, accompanied by an act of devotion and a joyful experience of meditation in motion.

In this forum saptah means reading SaiSatcharitra continuously  for 7 days.

SSC should be started on a thursday and finished by the following wednesday.
