Jai Sai Ram,
Presently I am working in a software company which have got into many problems. Shortly (in a month's time) they are going to remove many staff. I am also one of them. Please help me and others who are also facing this problem to get job soon or solve the problem in the Company.

Don't get disheartened. You still have time. Get professional Resume and cover letter. If confident, do yourself, otherwise take help of Job Portals. Avail Resume Blasting Services. Get yourself register with as many as possible Job Portals. For Leading Sites you can avail paid services like on naukri/monster. On others just register free of cost. also check:

In IT industry, Right now no such boom is appearing. So, Maximize attempts. Since you are posting here, so you must be aware with use of internet networking sites like linkedin, facebook etc. Use or build network connections. Also see your strength areas, Make summary of projects you have handled in past. Trainning you have attended. Soft Skills, If any Award you have won etc.
At last, If possible and can afford enroll for a certificate or short term degree course, No matter you are BCA/MCA, B.Tech/M.Tech or GNIIT etc. Companies prefer those candidates who keep on updating their skills and knowledge if comes a point of choice between two or more.
Also try to control exps for time being. specially through credit cards, if you are using.
Remember, God helps those, who atleast try to help themselves.
