  • Sai baba, i have known you till ages. :-[
     and I want to say that both Rajarshi and I love you very much. :)
    Please help us. I am your ardent devotee. we both are going through tough times in our lives. I really pray to you so that we crack the biggest examination on 31st january 2015 at 9 am and 1st february 2015 at 9am respectively.  :( :)I really believe in you, sai baba. and today is Thursday,your day, Baba,your day. :-* I want you to help us crack GATE examination so that we can study our masters in top IISC or IIT as per your will and choice. :'(
    I love you sai baba. Always will love you and do your vrat as per my ability. :'(
    I promise here that if I and he,"we" crack the examination with top rank within 100 or 200 then I will surely post this experience here and also in Sai baba miracles page on facebook. I have always wanted to visit Shirdi to seek your blessings. I hope you will call me then. :-[  :-*
    Till then keep us happy and contented and ever smiling uttering your name and remembering you always.  :-*  :)  ;)

    Om Sai Ram Raka ji,



    Stress is normal, it's a natural response to the demands
    that are placed on you. "But negative stress" - that which prevents you
    from focusing or maintaining a healthy lifestyle  can be quite harmful."

    If you wish, please try the following tips:

    Sleep: Get enough sleep.
    If you’re dull-headed because of a lack of sleep,
    you won’t be able to perform at your best.
    Sleep a few extra hours instead of studying a few extra hours.

    Food: Eat healthy food, since it's often easier to
    function on nutritious food than junk.

    Eat moderately; avoid a heavy meal. If you eat too much,
    your brain will have to devote energy to the process of digestion.
    On the other hand, if you skip a meal altogether, your brain will have
    inadequate fuel to function well. Aim for nutritional balance
    and moderation.

    Water: Your body and your brain need water.
    It is proven truth that your brain performs more efficiently
    when well-hydrated.

    Avoid nervous students: While preparing for examination,
    avoid interaction / speaking to any nervous students / friends and
    absorbing their negative energy. It is preferable to stay confident
    and focused

    Designate a "study buddy", a classmate who is an expert in
    a subject you have trouble in, that you can come to
    with questions.

    Ask a senior or more knowledgeable person to prepare
    sample tests for you. If practice tests are available online
    or in the market, go for them. Many questions are similar to
    or verbatim from practice material.

    Breathing exercise: Do everyday this technique.
    Deep breathing involves breathing slowly and deeply.
    Start by inhaling through your nose.
    Make sure your chest does not expand
    – if it does you are breathing in a shallow way.

    Instead, expand your belly with each breath,
    while your chest remains unchanged.
    Try to reach a count of 6 on each in breath
    and 6 on in each out breath.
    When you have mastered this process,
    you can add a pause of 6 seconds
    between the inhaling and exhaling breath.

    Physical Exercise. Physical exercise like running, jogging or
    skipping for 15-20 minutes everyday will make you feel
    stress free and mentally fit.

    Positive Visualization: This is a powerful psychological technique
    that can be used to enhance your positive feelings and diminish
    the negative ones.

    It is based on the fact that the mind and body are powerfully interconnected.
    You can create changes in your heart rate, skin temperature,
    and brainwave patterns by the thoughts you evoke.
    You can use this information to your advantage before and
    during your exam.

    Imagine a positive outcome; see yourself doing well,
    recalling the information easily and remaining clam and in control.
    help it perform better.

    Think about the time after the exam.
    Visualize the happiness on your face when the stressful period is over.
    This works very well.

    Keep reminding yourself that
    your hard work will not go to waste.

    Always feel happy & confident!

    Think positive and keep cool!
