Its all on you Sai, give me the job profile I want

I tried really hard baba, but I am not getting the kind of job I want. All these studies of past so many years, nothing is helping. You know how the current job is like, I have started getting severe health problems due to it.

When I first came to know eight years back, you helped me out of every problem that came through. Since, then my faith just got stronger and stronger with every passing incident. I have reached a point in my life, where again I am about to give it all up. The dream that I got, six months back, I cannot understand how did that fail. You have yourself told that "God words shall never fail, even when they come in dreams". I am still confused why did this happen.

Please baba, give me the job profile I want. I have given my past 8 years for that dream, believe me did nothing except wanting to fulfill that job dream, but now it feels as if, its all about to end. I can't see anything happening. All this while I had kept faith, but I am about to loose it all, in the lights of recent events that have happened.

I request you to help me god. If god himself leave me, where do I go? I hope you understand what I am saying. I have waited from past 8 years, and it seems like I am running out of patience. Or even giving it up now. I don't know whether 8 years is a good time to wait for something or not, but it feels as if my life is scripted by you and you shall reward me with what I want.

Please god, I request. I have got no energy or intent to carry on my current job, but I"ll do it as I have no other option. Bless me Sai, or else it feels like I"ll be finished in no time now.

Dear Ritesh,

You are a professional then why feeling so helpless. God help everyone but first We should help ourselves. I love one quote by Robin Sharma :

"You are not just paid to work. You are paid to be uncomfortable – and to pursue projects that scare you."

This is truth of modern corporate world. You have always choice change if you do not like what you do or accept and like what you do. In change there would be always risk associated, who knows what profile we get  next?

First know what you want then How ? Today there are many ways. Use Social Media (Not Facebook but Sites like Linkedin), Have a strong professional profile, Participate in professional discussion, More over Pretend what you want to be ~ Power of Visualisation e.g. If You want to be head of department or CEO, Think like that, Appear like that. Feel the same energy and passion that is required for that position. Always remember others will only respect you if you have self-respect.

Being a Professional I had worked with more than 50 companies of different sizes and industries for various projects and found something common part of personalities among successful and senior professionals :

They always think positive, even everyone is complaining, their focus remain towards solution.
They take responsibility. Not like others who keep on crying for minor issue and finding someone to blame including their bosses, system, destiny or God.
They work on Systems not on Persons.
They think big. (Not just for an individual, department but entire company)
They always love to learn something new.
They exist in great and bigger comfort zone.
They do not generalise anything.
They talk based on facts.
They always work on schedules/closed deadlines.

At last, Destiny do not work on our wishes or desires but what we need or how serious we are towards our goals e.g. One wants to be a Senior Manager but instead of extending his knowledge waste time on Facebook, Gossips and other unproductive activities – What would be chances of getting success ??

Anyway, this was for the guys who only talk or desire but do not work hard, there are also cases where one is serious and working hard but do not get chance in life even after making all efforts. Must understand as Baba Says, Nothing is irrelevant or without reason in life. May be our past karmas, poor planetary position some of the reasons. Need to have complete faith and patience. Read Holy Scriptures, Chant the holy name, Feed the poor, birds and animals. Take off negativity out from house in the form of dead plants, damaged electrical equipments, broken mirrors, stopped clocks. If there is worship room in house must be clean every day.

Hello Sir,

Its always good to hear back from you, Sir. You have always shown me the light, whenever I needed the most. This is not the first time we are interacting I believe.

I have been trying to find a new job from almost a year now. I don't know whether I am going against rules of this forum by disclosing my location (I apologize If I am), but yeah I am from Ahmedabad. Having said, that I work for one of the biggest firms in Ahmedabad, and have probably of the best profile in the company. But, the problem is, the best in Ahmedabad is no where close to what is considered to be even average in other metro cities of India or even entire world.

I know destiny or our life does not follow our wish or desires, but it really feels bad, when you see nothing is happening even after trying so hard. I want a change as my current job has started affecting my health badly. I always stay focus on what I want in my life, and I also pursue my passion in my own small way. It feels good when I do that, but I can't give much time to it, say max 4-5 hours in a day, and rest 10 hours for the job. I wish I can get that job in the same field which I like.

I know I have it me to achieve what I want, but not sure when will it recognition in form a good job. I have always dreamt of it every moment from past many years, and its not possible for me to step back now. I  am just running out of patience these days. Had it not been for health and sleep, things may have been a bit better.

I wish I just get that good job in my life. This forum has acted as a light house for a lot of people including myself in the past. And I am sure, help shall always be available here, for those who ask for it. I hope I get what I like very soon.
