Take me back.. where the birds sing song..
where the rivers flow..through the woods so long,
Oh, take me back.. where I really belong.
Take me back to my lonely home..
Over the fences and meadows..I used to roam
where the evening sky throws shadows so long,
Oh, Take me back ..where I really belong.
Take me back ..to the lake so calm..
where swans make love with all their charm
On the pink pine trees where I sit so long..
Oh.. take me back.. where I really belong.
Take me back.. where the rainbows shine..
Take me back to the land of mine..
Where the small steams flow, washing bushes along..

Where ponies and mules and horses I rode,.
Where I sang my songs.. as I walked along..

Brightens the day.. and never a gloom,
With their colours so bright and fragrance so strong..

with the snow-clad tops, over the valley so long..

Those lonely strolls.. I missed so long..
