i wandered far with the mind,
it landed me in deep trouble
i sought the help of savior Sai,
which saved me from mental distress!
i sought to know the mysterious Sai,
who is beyond anyones guess!
i tried in vain in the aimless search,
he told me to seek who am I!
i could not search the mystery "I",
He came to my rescue from the inner Self
He made me to witness the passing thoughts
without the identity of name and form!
i have read the great Ramana,
who advised his disciples, the same way!
let me try, who am I,
i too can direct others!
But it is not an easy affair,
then i remembered the Teli's wall,
in Sai's words, "Remove the wall,
we can see each other!
But is it easy to remove the Teli's wall?
identification with the body
i had in so many births,
how can i remove it all of a sudden?
Repeat the name said, SAI,
not so easy, i thought,
i must get joy in the name,
i must love Him too.
Oh Sai, bless me thus,
to follow thy footsteps,
in any number of births i may take,
let me dwell in your name!
