Dear Fellow Devotees,
Thanks for the warm and kind thoughts about my recent interviews. Sai gave me so many sweet and loving brothers and sisters; I am indeed fortunate. Your prayers will always be the wind in my sails.
I am sorry I wasn't very active lately on the forum for various reasons. Sai (and thereby implicitly Datta) has been keeping me very busy with many small and big battles of life. The journey -- though often tedious -- is exciting because I know that Sai is guiding me through these treacherous waters of existence.
Above all, these past 2 months I have also been very involved in regular parayana (saptaha) of
The Guru Charitra. A Datta/Sai devotee from India asked me to perform 7 GC saptahas; I have done some 6 and have one more to go. Someday I will write in detail about my many inferences from GC and what it says to Sai devotees. But for now I will say just this:
Your standing as a Sai devotee is incomplete as long as you do not read The Guru Charitra. Because Sai is the Poorna Datta Avatar. Ever wonder why Sai asked Kushbhau to read GC 108 times? That was His indirect way of telling His devotees (1) that He is Dattatreya himself (2) how to serve a Sadguru.
For those who live in India, here is a small suggestion. If you are in AP, please visit the Sripada Srivallabha Temple in Pithapuram. If you are a resident of Karnataka, please visit the Ganagapur Temple (Srikshetra) of Swami Nrusimha Saraswati. They are the 1st and 2nd incarnations of Dattatreya in this age. Shirdi Sai is the 5th avatar.
