    Why do we pray?

    Are we somehow trying to "convince" God of the justness of our cause?

    NO. Certainly not.

    What changes through prayer is not the "mind" of the Almighty.
    What changes through prayer is us.

    By recognizing the source of all of our blessings - our sustenance, our health, our success, our very existence - we bring ourselves to a higher spiritual level.

    We elevate ourselves by drawing closer to the Almighty.

    And through this act of elevation, we become more "fitting" to receive those things we've prayed so hard for.

    In having grown through prayer, we can now use our gifts more properly to perfect ourselves and the world around us.

    Prayer is most effective when combined with effort. We live in a world of "doing." Prayer helps us to focus on what we need to do in order to succeed. Only for a very holy individual, prayer alone might be sufficient.

    LET US ALL PRAY BABA WITH FOLDED HANDS AND TOTAL INVOLVEMENT AND CONCENTRATION.

    Why Do We Pray???

    PRAYER IS LIGHT , CHARITY IS A PROOF & PATIENCE IS ILLUMINATION...

    Prayer is not really about getting God to do something for you or to get God to make a change about something.

    1. It is about building a relationship with God.

    2.It is conversing with God, learning to be in God’s presence, attuning yourself to the movement of God in your life.

    3.Just as any human relationship requires a commitment of time to be with each other, so our relationship with God is nourished when we take time to be with God in prayer.

    4.Prayer will remind you that you always have access to God’s eternal love no matter what you do or do not do.

    Take some time from ur busy life and go to a quiet place—a park, a mandir, a room in your home—and talk to SAI as you would talk to your best friend. Be sure to give SAI time to respond!!!

    WE CAN ONLY PRAY AND HOPE FOR PARDON...

    Let Us Pray SAI Always Bless Us With Sadbhudhi...

    Prayer is an inner condition of consciousness in which we are filled with the Light, Love, Power and Grace of God. Prayer is a mode of talking with God, a way of walking with God and an act of living in God. Prayer is a way of communing with the absolute Beauty and Power that God is. It consists in elevating our whole being and granting it an experience of the divine Consciousness. It is a kind of fellowship with God. The real prayer is an inner state of exalted and transformed Consciousness in which we realise our intimate and dynamic relations with the infinite Light and Love that the divine Being is....
