Dear Friends!
I would like to share with you all a couple of recent experiences I had here. I see them as nothing less than Sai Leelas.
1. A couple of weeks ago I was invited to a Telugu music concert of Annamayya kirtanas by well-known singer Mrs. Sobha Raju (Hyderabad). As a Sai devotee, I initially hesitated because the songs were basically aimed at Lord Balaji of Tirupati. I went grudgingly, hoping to at least enjoy some good Telugu music. Imagine my surprise when the sales counter at the venue had only CD’s of songs sung by Mrs. Raju on Shirdi Sai! All tapes and CD’s had Sai’s picture!! My heart felt warm as I witnessed it…
2. Last Saturday I went to the Jacksonville Hindu Temple here after a long absence. The last time I went there several months ago, I was sad not to find a single photo or picture of Shirdi Sai anywhere in that huge temple complex. So, as I went inside, my heart was hoping that somehow I could catch a glimpse of Sai somewhere there. I sat inside silently chanting “Sai Ram, Sai Ram”. On the way out, I stopped casually at the temples brochure shelf to see the pamphlets etc. Imagine my pleasant surprise when one of the brochures was “Shirdi Sai Namaavali” with a small picture of Sai! My joy knew no bounds...
What more proof do we need that Sai is omnipresent, wherever we seek Him? Om Sai Ram!
