Taste him in the juicy fruit of summer
Hear him in the song of the birds at dawn
See him in the sun’s rays breaking through the clouds
Feel him in the pouring rain that wets your skin
Smell him in the scent of sun-dried grass
Taste him in the sweet water that quenches your thirst
Hear him in the playful murmur of a brook
See him in the canopy of a starry night-sky
Feel him in the touch of a friend
Smell him in your favourite spices
Taste him in the food on your table
Hear him in the laughter of the children
See him in your neighbour’s eyes
Lean back on his presence
Feel his hands on your shoulders
And know he is there.
