OM SRI SAI RAM
A simple way to heal yourself from worries and problems of life.
When we worry about our problems be it daily, weekly, monthly or the eternal one, We lose focus on God, which plagues our motivation to pray and shatters our Faith.
Faith answers prayers is the universal truth.
A student adds 2 + 2 = 5 and the teacher corrects him. 2 + 2 is not 5 because the teacher said so, the teacher only affirms what has been universally accepted.
When we get into the habit of panicking we allow the negative emotions to deter our faith, we are like the student that wrongly does the Math. The Truth is God answers all prayers when kept with utmost Faith, which is nothing but the universally accepted law. The boy needed an external stimulant to enforce the Truth.
We as grownups should tune our conscience to remind us to enforce the Truth of True FAITH when needed at times of trouble. By repeated affirmations it becomes an Automatic response. It works much like the Thermostat in Refrigerators which controls the temperature.
Ask God to activate your emotional thermostat when bad signals are generated. A simple way to go about this is to dedicate 1-5% of your everyday Quality prayer time towards this cause. If you're praying for 15 mins everyday give this at least 2 mins of Quality time. This can be stopped when one feels assured that their Antidote to worry is ready and active to save them. Experiences can vary from people to people but from my opinion it hardly 30-40 minutes to activate this mechanism to combat worry.
"Say Sai, Sai, I shall take you over the seven seas, believe in these words, and you will be certainly benefited. I do not need paraphernalia of worship - 8 fold or 16 fold. I rest there where there is full devotion."

SAIRAM Kavithaji.
You are a very highly blessed child of Baba Sai.
I am many many things on my mind.....so many things need to be solved
in my life...so many things to be achieved...the list keeps growing...
At this point in my life, I need a few inportant things to be done by our SAI.
I keep praying everyday about all of them. Many-a-times, i become emotional
when it comes to family life. Cannot to talk to anyone about it. But, our mother
SAI is there to listen to every little thing I say. He responds so well...
I finished my prayers just now and spoke to SAI. Today being thursday, I told SAI,
"Please make me feel Your presence and seek Your blessings".
Then I wanted a message from SAI, so I opened the site containing
"Your Questions and SAI BABA's Answers" and typed my question.
This is what Baba answered :
"You are tired of troubles. Isn’t it ? Remember Shree Sai. You are fortunate.
Everything will be alright."
I was in tears reading this wonderful message. Baba Sai is right here with me
and in just a moments' time, HE made me feel HIS presence.
Adding to my happiness, soon after seeing this message from SAI, I logged into
our forum. The first post i read was yours : A simple way to heal yourself from worries and problems of life -Saidasan
Through you, Baba has shown me a way to heal myself.
Baba, Your leelas are sooooo amazing.
Kavithaji, Baba has chosen you to be the medium. You are very dear to our SAI.
May Baba bless you and be with you always.

BABA is always with us....And no one can do anything without BABA's will~~~
BABA only test our faith by giving us pain ...When we still show our faith then his love for you more & more INCREASE...
Each time we pass our test ....
then next time may be the TEST is more difficult because BABA wants to test us for next leavel .....& then we show our faith then BABA'S love more , more N more INCREASE~~~
SO....Faith answers prayers is the universal truth.
One thing more WE WILL THINK POSITIVE & TALK POSITIVE IN LIFE THEN POSITIVE WILL HAPPEN.....
ALWAYS TRUST SAI....HE IS ALWAYS WITH US....
