    It is very true that you have to face troubles with patience and confidence, so that your heart and mind calms down. 

    But as we all are human beings we are not able to practice these sayings in our daily life fully. 
    So we all will pray to Baba to give us courage, strength and patience to overcome all the hardships in life. 

    I will surely pray for your sister.  She will be out of the problems in a short period of time.  Please do not worry. Have faith.
