Dear and most respected members of this forum,
I cannot quantify my purity of devotion towards Baba for I truly do not know if it is in the right way and if Baba has accepted it. I am but a human caught up in this maya and ardently pray to Baba that he guide me through the various phases of my life.Please believe me when I say that I was a witness to Baba's leela..I thought sharing this would help a few members like myself who are placed similarly.I am not, I am not writing this to hurt anyone, my sole purpose is to share with members of this temple my experience.
I was on as Duty Consultant Cardiologist a couple of days ago.This entails managing Cardiac emergencies and also looking after any cardiac complications of the hospital in-patients.One middle aged lady who had been in hospital in the ICU after a double valve replacement was reasonably stable.However for some unknown reason her Blood Pressure started plummeting and she was producing less urine by the minute.(This is an indication of Acute Kidney shutdown due to low BP).At one stage her Blood pressure was unrecordable and she had become cold, and icy.It was the general consensus of the nursing staff and my junior resident doctors that she was barely a few hours away from the inevitable.I do not know how or why, I suddenly remebered Sai Nath and prayed to him..'Baba I am doing all that science and the latest technology and medication that is available..yet to no avail..Baba please save this lady, who am I? Please show your love and help this lady ..pleas..and so saying I just kept standing with Sai shree in mind.
Suddenly a few strange possible causes of her condition started to spring in my mind.Much to the surprise of the nursing staff and my junior doctorI started a completely different line of treatment. I thought I was handling a double edged sword..however my actions arose spontaneously and without my decisions..slowly but steadily in a the course of one hour things changed..her BP started improving and she starte producing urine, her BP which technically was non existent shot up to over 140 with a mean arterial pressure of 94. She produced more than 45 ml urine in that hour and she was back to full stability in approximately 4 hours.
I have the firm conviction that it was Baba who interceded and did the necessary.It is difficult to put it in writing..what happened was Baba's leela.
I now stand witness to this..Baba is all pervasive,omnipresent,merciful,full of love,and the Supreme.What can a mere mortal do? Baba and the remembrance of his name and acceptance as Samarth Sadguru can do what what a trained person with over 16 years of managing emergencies cannot do. I am now of the firm conviction that Baba is there...and he is alsowith me..as he is with every form.Thank you Baba..I have been initiated...JAYA JAYA SAI RAM
