इंदौर। शंकराचार्य स्वरूपानंद द्वारा साईं बाबा को लेकर की गई अनर्गल टिप्पणी के मामले में हाई कोर्ट ने निचली अदालत का रिकॉर्ड तलब किया है।

याचिकाकर्ता द्वारा सबूतों के अभाव में प्रकरण दर्ज नहीं करने का आग्रह किया गया, लेकिन परिवादी की दलीलों पर कोर्ट ने 28 नवंबर तक निचली अदालत के सामने पेश किए गए सभी रिकॉर्ड पेश करने के निर्देश दिए। जिससे कोर्ट विजुअल देखकर हकीकत जान सके।

मालूम हो निचली अदालत ने शंकराचार्य के खिलाफ परिवाद रजिस्टर्ड कर उनके खिलाफ समन जारी किया है।

And there's a very beautiful miracle behind this ,which is as following::
It was August 2015,(i told the date so that u cn download the katha nd please sent me the link if u get it...it was either july or August find it on bhakti sagar YouTube channel.) i used to watch bhagwat katha 3 to 6PM on bhakti sagar channel and the preacher was my all time favorite katha vachak sri Govinddev giru ji maharaj (dharmshree.org)(Maharaj ji belongs to Maharashtra). In the morning i was wondering whether he is also the nindak of our guru sai because i really don't want to see the face of a guru nindak , i looked at baba and felt a lil embarrassed at this thought & though i felt embarrassed yet i said baba that i want to know his attitude toward you, baba......
 later it was  the day he spoke about baba, it goes like this, listening to katha through him is nectar nectar nectar nectar truely nectar and i love the time when i listen to the maharaj ji, suddenly he began speaking about baba and i got goosebumps, my heart started racing ,wondering he should not speak any ill of my love sai because i dont want to hate Govinddev maharaj ji, And to my surprise tears started roll down my cheek listening to what he said m telling u wht i remember;


टेम्बे स्वामी जी के साथ दत्तात्रेय महाराज हमेशा रहते थे 24hours, ,दासगणु महाराज साईं बाबा के कृपा पात्र हैं ।।।।।।

..the another miracle that happened that day was i prayed baba  that maharaj ji should sing dattraj maharaj jay jay gururaj maharaj dutta digambaraya ho sawaya mala bhet dya ho ...... because i never get it any where on net and maharaj ji sings it very well , its an ecstasy to listen to that bhajan when they sing it, i wait so much only his katha and this bhajan though i like many other katha vachaks katha too but that day was really special... baba showd love for me through this sweet miracle....
