This is the First Sai Baba Temple in UP and the Uttaranchal Belt.

The Plot for Mandir was bought in Sep 90 in the name of Pt. Chunilal. The Sai Baba Charitable trust Parsuram Ashram was formed in Sep 91.
The Foundation of Sai Baba Mandir Was laid in Sep 91. It took 3½ year to build the Mandir by the Donations of Devoties.

The Pran Prathistha Of Baba's Idol was done on 5th May 1994 by Mr A. K. Tailor of Reshikesh.
Baba's Dhuni was specially brought from Shirdi by Mr Kote Patil a Trustee of Sai Baba Sansthan at Shirdi.

For Pran Prathistha Ceremony 9 Havan Kunds were made and 1 week Puja was performed according to Vedic System by 51 Acharyas.
Initially there were 5 founder trustees which was increased to 21 in 1998. A Sihasan of 45 kgs Silver was installed in May 2001.
