Does Sai Baba in my dream mean anything?

Hi all,

Even though I have always been a believer in God, I have very recently (say 1-1.5 months back) become Sai Baba's bhakt. Both my wife and I have become Baba ji's bhakts and we regularly seek his blessings and pray to Him. We are both reading Sri Sai Satcharitra daily and have started giving some 'daan' on Thursday to beggar(s). We are currently in Melbourne.

I had this strange dream today morning and I would like to discuss this with you all:

In my dream I visualized something falling on a box (black and white and very hazy vision)..can’t even say it was something falling on something or whether it was some event that I can’t explain in words…not sure…and immediately after that I saw Sai Baba’s picture…with His ‘aashirwaad mudra’ (most common picture of Sai Baba, where his palm is facing us as if He is blessing us), looking directly in front. Then in my dream I told my wife that I had seen Sai Baba in my dream and she said she saw Him in her dream too. We were amazed. Then I explained her what I saw…and while describing her, I think I again saw that blurred vision of something falling over something and then a picture of Sai Baba ji (a black and white picture; similar to a coloured one I have as my laptop wallpaper) in His ‘aashirwaad mudra’. Then I believe I saw him in colour (whole body) standing in a ‘aashirwaad mudra’ again. Then I woke up..too excited about it.

My question to you all is: Since my wife and I have been reading so many Sai leel's recently and have wanted Baba to give us darshan as well, is it because of this desire that my unconscious mind saw what I wanted to see? Or is it really Sai Baba's darshan in his strange forms? Please am curious to know..Is He trying to tell me something Or is it just me dreaming of Him because I have fallen in love with the great Sai Baba?

Thank you very much, first of all, for sharing this Swapna Darshana experience of Baba with all of us in this Mandir

Secondly, a deep desire of Baba's swapna darshan OR role played by unconcious mind (like in other worldy matters) can never materialise into A SWAPNA DARSHANA BHAGYA.

Baba has umpteen times proved ( Ref:SSC);
It is the experience of several devotees of Baba;
Several non-devotees were blessed and transformed into Baba's staunch devotees by Swapna Darshana;....this is unending....

All these prove that Baba's darshan is available only and solely at HIS will and mercy. WITHOUT HIS WILL NOT EVEN A SINGLE LEAF CAN MOVE.

You are really blessed child of Baba.

getting baba's dharsan itself is a great gift.People long to see baba in dreams or in visions,but i feel as u just started discovering baba in u'r life,he wants to assure he is there with u all time.

This is nothing to do with unconscious/subconscious mind. Baba really blessed you in your dream.

I have been longing to have a swapna darshan but till now it did not happen except only once (Jan 18th) some one gave me a hand ful of Udhi in my dream.

For the whole month of February, I did parayanams four times(SSC-2times and Saileelamurtham in telugu- 2 times). Even after that I have been reading a chapter everyday but still waiting for Baba's swapna darshan.

You (you and your wife) really are a blessed children of Baba.
