Email list - You suggestions please

After a long time I am back to active administration of our Mandir. I am planning to set up an email list. This list will contain email addresses of all the members of our forum.
I already talked to one of my friend for same. He will configure it very soon. This email list will send an email to all the members in a single button click. We are using Snitz Foum Software and this software is not sufficient to send emails to all the members. For a long time, I was thinking about same.

I guess you all are receiving “Thought For the Day” sent by Ramesh ji. I want to do the same thing. So if this is going to work, every member of this forum will get an email everyday and on special occasion we can send greeting/ message to all the members.

This feature will not be available to any members. Idea is to send newsletters and Thought For the Day everyday. Somebody will take the responsiblity for it and so he/ she will have access to that list.
