Buses filled with devotees from all over flock to Shirdi incessantly
and hence the Shirdi Bus Depot is always chirping with their presence.
Keeping this is mind, the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC)
thought of a very unique & state of art Bus Depot project for all the visiting devotees.
And their dream of this project is coming to fruition with the aid of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust`Shirdi

So, in a first of it's kind project in Maharashtra, the Shirdi Sai Sansthan together with the
Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation is coming up with a '3 in 1' project in Shirdi,
for the benefit of the people, Bus Drivers and Conductors traveling to Shirdi.

In 2010, MSRTC had entered into an agreement with the Shirdi Sai Sansthan to build
a Bus Depot cum Accommodation facility, on the available 2.25 acres of MSRTC's land in Shirdi.

Ground Floor - MSRTC Bus Depot with 14 Platforms for Bus Parking
First & Second Floor - 14 large halls and 14 rooms for the devotees accommodation.
Third Floor - 8 halls and 7 rooms for the Bus Drivers & Conductors accommodation.

According to the agreement made the Shirdi Sai Sansthan will own the First Floor & Second Floor
while the MSRTC will own the Ground Floor & Third Floor. The Ground Floor will also have a Canteen facility
and Shirdi Sai Sansthan's Information center together with the Sansthan's publication bookstore.

Shirdi Sai Sansthan has already spent around 8.50 crore on this project
which is in its final phase and will be opened for public use by March`2014.
