Sai is a name given to baba not by his parents.It is a name given to baba at the age of twenty by a devotee.It comes out of his mouth unexpectedly when he has seen baba first.Sai consists of two words.Sa+ayi.Sa means sakara ie with a form.and ayi means Mother ie her affection and love towards her kid.Sai means motherhood incarnate.Sai means love incarnate. Sai means affection incornate.He is the mother of all.No mother troughs her child away.Even if she got angry it is for a movement.Sai mother will guard us always with love and care.

When baba was asked who are your parents baba used to say the god is my father and this nature is my mother.with their unity I got this body.OM is the formless god and sri is the visible nature.Sai is the son of om and sri.
"Nadhaya" Nadh is the Jagannadh.He holds the total responsibility of his creation.He holds the burdens of his devotees as well.Nadhatvam is SAIs avatara karya.He is Son of them and Father of the total universe.
