    12th Nov`2010

    Bollywood Actors Akshay Kumar, Chunky Pandey and Farah Khan offered prayers to Sai Baba in Shirdi for the success of their up-coming Movie.
    Actor Akshay Kumar said that he keeps visiting the Shirdi Temple and a few times he has stood incognito in the normal Darshan queue
    with his face covered & a cap worn all the way for Baba's Darshan.
    He said that everything he has achieved is all because of Baba's Blessings only.
    This time he was fortunate to once again come for Baba's Darshan as Farah Khan had come to Shirdi when she has launched this movie
    and so when the movie was due to release, she once again had come to Shirdi and offered prayers to Baba.
    They were felicitated by Shri.Jayant Sasane with a shawl and a small idol of Sai Baba.

    13th Dec`2010

    Newly inducted Minister of Maharashtra State Shri.Satej Patil, (Congress Legislator from Kolhapur),
    and Minister of State for Home (Urban) / Home (Rural) was in Shirdi on Sunday 12th Dec`10 to seek Baba's blessings
    and discuss the security arrangements at the Shrine. He later went to Shani Shinganapur from here.
    Shri. Satej Patil is also the Minister of State for Rural Development and Food and Drugs Administration.

    Also present on this occasion were the Chairman of Shirdi Sai Baba Sansthan Sri.Jayant Sasane,
    Shri.Kishore More (Executive Officer), Ahmednagar Collector Shri.P. Anbalagan,
    and Dr Yashwant Mane, additional chief Executive Officer of the Trust.
