    A day after the ghost of 2008 `Slapgate` tumbled out, controversial fast bowler Sreesanth
    sought divine blessings by visiting the Sai Baba shrine in Shirdi, Maharashtra.
    Before speaking to media, Sreesanth wrote about his visit to Shirdi on his twitter page.
    "Om Sai ram..Had a gr8 darshan @shirdi ..It`s all gods grace," he wrote.

    27th April 2013

    Congress MP Priya Dutt on Saturday paid obeisance at the famous Sai Baba shrine here.
    Her brother Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is due to undergo three and a half years imprisonment from May 18.

    She said that she never sought personal favours from Baba and only prayed for strength to overcome difficulties.

    The Honorable President of India, Shri.Pranab Mukherjee visited Shirdi on 1st June 2013,
    and had darshan of Shri Saibaba Samadhi.

    Governor of Punjab Shri.Shivraj Patil Chakurkar,
    Member of Parliament Shri.Bhausaheb Wakchaure,
    Minister for Tribal Development, Shri.Babanrao Pachpute,
    Minister for Revenue & Salt Lands Shri.Balasaheb Thorat,
    Minister for Agriculture & Marketing Shri.Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil,
    Chairman of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) & Principal District and Sessions Judge Shri.Jayant Kulkarni,
    Collector of Ahmednagar & Sansthan’s Three Members Committee Member, Dr.Sanjivkumar Dayal
    & Executive Officer of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi), Shri.Kishore More were also present on the occasion.

    The Honorable President was felicitated by the Chairman of  Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi)
     after Shri Saibaba Samadhi's darshan in Shirdi. While leaving the temple,
    Pranab Mukherjee expressed his feeling that it was a privilege to have the opportunity
    of having Darshan and paying obeisance to the lotus feet of Shirdi Saibaba.
