Devotees pray to Baba to fulfill their wishes and when their wishes do get fulfilled,
as an act of gratitude, they in return make Gold/Silver/Gemstones/Cash offerings to Baba @ Shirdi.
Since 2012, loads of such offerings were made @ Shirdi,
some small, some big, some anonymous, some not, some for a reason and some for any festive season.

BUT....

Q1) Why make Offerings in Gold/Silver/Diamonds/Cash etc only,
why not Food, Clothes, Books, Medicines, Utensils or just your valuable Time for someone in need?

Q2) Why make offerings only in Temples/Religious shrines etc,
why not Orphanages, Old-age homes, Hospitals, Animal shelters or for people affected by Natural Calamities etc?

Q3) If Baba is Omnipresent, why make offerings only at a particular place/person,
do you think your offerings will not be accepted by Baba, if made to anybody else or @ any place else?





- 02nd APRIL`2012 -
An anonymous devotee from Delhi donated a Crown
made of pure Gold Crown worth Rs.15 lakh @ Shirdi.

- 12th MAY`2012 -
An anonymous devotee donated a Crown worth Rs.18 lakh.
This crown, made of pure Gold weighing 570 Grams, is studded with American Diamonds/Gems.

- 18th MAY 2012 -
Two devotees donated pure Gold worth Rs.60 lakh to the Sai Baba temple @ Shirdi.
A devotee from Delhi offered a 1.5 kg-Gold Bell,
while another from Mumbai offered a 900 gm Gold Pot before Sai Baba.

- 05th JUNE`2012 -
An unidentified devotee donated 2 Diamonds worth Rs.1.18 crore (Rs.1,17,83,000) at Shirdi.
This pendant, shaped to look like the number 8 has two diamonds,
one 3 carat diamond worth approximately Rs.38 lakhs and the other 2 carat diamond worth approx. Rs.78 lakhs.
This pendant came with a simple gold chain and was found in one of the 12 Donation boxes kept inside the Temple.
With this the Shirdi Sansthan in total now has Diamonds worth Rs.4 crores in its kitty.

- 06th AUGUST`2012 -
A Sai Devotee from Bangalore donated a Golden Crown weighing 300 Grams
and worth Rs.8,22,000/- to Baba @ Shirdi.











- 23rd AUGUST`2012 -
A Sai Devotee from Pune donated a Golden Crown weighing 900 Grams worth Rs.26,55,000/- to Baba @ Shirdi.
This Crown is studded with various precious gems.

- 10th SEPTEMBER`2012 -
A Gujarat-based family donated two gold garlands having 108 ‘Rudraksha’ beads,
made of 1.156 kg gold and valued at Rs.40 lakh, during the aarti at the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple.

- 24TH OCTOBER`2012 -
On the auspicious day of Vijayadashmi, a anonymous devotee offered 2 plates
made of 3 kg pure Gold and worth Rs.90 lakh to Sai Baba @ Shirdi. Another devotee who also preferred
anonymity too offered a Gold Crown studded with precious jewels and worth Rs.6 lakh to Sai Baba on the same day.

- 24TH JANUARY`2013 -
An anonymous Sai Devotee from Delhi donated a Kalash (Water Pot) made of pure Gold weighing 998 Grams
and worth Rs.30,93,800/- to Sai Baba @ Shirdi.
This Gold Kalash will now replace the Silver one, for Baba's Holy Bath every morning.

- 02nd FEBRUARY`2013 -
A anonymous devotee from Mumbai donated a Chillum made of 475 grams of Gold & worth Rs.12.5 Lakh @ Shirdi.
And now, Sai Baba's palanquin procession which is taken out every Thursday
will have this Gold Chillum filled with tobacco & lighted, instead of the earlier Silver chillum.

On 20th July`2013, in the fond memory of his mother, a Sai devotee from Hyderabad
donated 2 Gold Oil Lamp stands worth Rs.24.26 lakh to Sai Baba @ Shirdi.
The weight of both the Gold Lamps is 987.400gms and stands tall at 1 feet each.
The Sansthan then felicitated them with a shawl and a small marble Idol of Sai Baba.

This Gold Garland worth Rs.5 Lakh 6 thousand was offered to Baba on 12th August`2013.

The seed of the Rudraksha tree (Elaeocarpus granitrus) holds a very special place in Hinduism because
it has its etymological origin in the Sanskrit words, ‘Rudra’ and ‘Aksha’.
‘Rudra’ is another name for Lord Shiva, and ‘aksha’ means teardrop.
Mythological tales have it that the Rudraksha plant was born out of Lord Shiva’s tear drops.
Rudraksha is said to have many Medicinal & Biomedical Properties apart from being used for Religious purposes.

So, on Monday 02nd September`2013, on the eve of Soma Pradosha, the last day of the Holy month of Shravan,
a Sai Devotee from Karnataka offered Two Pancha-Mukhi Rudraksha Shawls to Sai Baba @ Shirdi.
One shawl, made of 10800 Pancha-Mukhi Rudrakshas is placed on the Idol of Baba
while the other shawl, made of 8000 Pancha-Mukhi Rudrakshas is placed on Baba's Samadhi.

 for the purpose of daily Pooja to Shri Sai Baba. Worth Rs.16 Lakh, this Silver Temple & Platforms are beautifully designed.
On 14th October`2013, a Sai Devotee from Aurangabad`Maharashtra offered a 756 Grams Gold Crown worth Rs.20,89,584/-
to Baba. While a local resident of Shirdi offered a 2.5 Kg Silver Abhishek Patra (Water Pot) to Baba.
These offerings were made on the occasion of the 95th Punyatithi Festival of Sai Baba @ Shirdi.
