कभी कभी बहुत ही असमन्जस होता है कि इतना छोटा सा दिमाग और कितनी यादे अपने अन्दर सन्जो कर रख लेता है,एक कम्प्यूटर के अन्दर कितनी ही जीबी की हार्ड डिस्क डाल दी जाये और किसी भी प्रकार से अगर उसके अन्दर जो हम देखते सुनते है,करते हैं,इन सबको फ़ीड करने के लिये छोड दिया जावे तो कुछ ही दिनो मे फ़िल होकर कम्प्यूटर को जाम कर देगी,आखिर यह मेमोरी फ़िट कहां होती है,इसी बात का पता करने के लिये एक दिन ध्यान लगाकर बैठा,दोनो आंखो के बीच मे आज्ञा चक्र का प्रयोग करके देखा,तर्जनी को मोड कर अन्गूठे के नीचे लगा लिया,कुछ देर तो दिमाग भी असमन्जस मे रहा,विचित्र तरीके दिमाग घूमा,और सामने जो द्रश्य थे उनको देख कर अन्दाज नही लगा सकता था कि इतनी बडी डिस्क अपने पास है,देखा,एक हजारों फ़न वाला सांप मेरे सिर के ऊपर छाया करके बैठा है,और मेरी हर बात को बहुत आराम से अपने अन्दर खाता जा रहा है,जब उस बात को पूंछता तो अन्य किसी मुख से आवाज आती थी,इस को हम पारा डिस्क के नाम से पुकार सकते है,मेरे एक दादाजी थे जो बताया करते थे कि सिर के ऊपर एक रहस्य युक्त शक्ति सदैव विराजमान रहती है,उसके दो मुहं है,एक तो बहुत ही भयंकर और दूसरी बहुत ही सम्मोहक,सम्मोहक ही देवता के नाम से जाने जाते हैं,और जो भयन्कर है वो ही राक्षस के नाम से जाने जाते है,दायां और बायां भाग उनके कब्जे मे होता है,जब हम कोई अच्छा काम करने के लिये उद्धत होते हैं उस समय जान बूझ कर अपना बायां स्वर चल रहा होता है,उसी तरह से जब अपन से कोई खराब काम होता है तो समझ ली्जिये कि अपने नाक से दाहिना स्वर चल रहा था,यह हमने प्रयोग करके भी देखा,कितने ही दिन जब हम सुबह बायें स्वर से जगे तो पूरा दिन ही सौम्य निकला और जब भी हम दाहिने स्वर से जगे,मतलब कितनी ही परेशानिया,टेन्सन आदि अपने आप प्रक्ट हो गई,और जब बीच बाले स्वर से जगा तो,जो भी दिन मे कह दिया वह सफ़ल हो गया,याद करते बक्त अगर हमने बायें स्वर का प्रयोग किया तो बहुत जल्दी ही याद हो गया,और दाहिने भाग का लगा तो कि हमे सब कुछ याद हो गया है ,मगर थोडी ही देर मे सब कुछ गायब मिला.

When you sit for meditation thoughts of your friends and office work, memory of conversation that took place in the previous evening with your friends and relatives will disturb your mind and cause distraction. You will have to withdraw the mind again and again, cautiously from these extraneous worldly thoughts and fix it again and again in your Lakshya or point.
