  • SELF PRAISE is no praise.

The young crow is wiser than its mother.

What is play to one is death to another.

In a treeless country, the castor-oil plant is a big tree

A scalded cat dreads cold water.

The washerman never tears his father's clothes.

A fool went to fish, but lost his fishing-basket.

A thief is a thief, whether he steals a diamond or a cucumber.

God takes care of a blind cow.

One who cannot dance blames the floor.

    JAISAIRAM.

Let us pray at the feet of Sai Baba who is the incarnation of all gods and protector of all, to show mercy on us, and increase our devotion towards him.
A Person, who has controlled his mind, can achieve any success in his life. How far you are trying to control your mind?
The mind that judges not others ever remains tension-free.

  • Courage

Where does courage come from? What brings courage to life?

Courage is the commitment to do what you know is right.

Courage arises when your integrity will not allow any other choice.

Courage comes from following a purpose that goes beyond your own petty concerns.

Because of that, courage gives far-reaching power and consequence to your actions.

In the short term, courage can often appear foolish.

In the long run, courage has the power to move the whole world in a positive direction.

Courage asks much of you, yet it is not complicated and is always within your reach.

Courage is truth put into action.

In every moment, courage is there for you to choose.

In every moment, courage is the choice that will fulfill the best of who you are.

    Jaisairam!

  • Energy flow

Where do you find the energy to move forward?

It is all around you, in every situation and occurrence.

There is energy in joy, and there is also energy in frustration.

There is energy in peace, and energy in sadness as well.

All of it is energy that you can choose to direct toward positive purposes.

The particular source of the energy is not nearly as important as what you decide to do with it.

There is no end to the supply of raw energy coming into your life.

And you have the opportunity to make meaningful use of it all.

If your life has no guiding purpose, all that energy, coming from so many directions, will keep you in a

    constant state of turmoil.

Or, you can harness that energy and let it all move you powerfully toward the fulfillment of your dreams.

Every moment of every day, life's energy is coming your way.

Take it all in, and make it into something magnificent.

    Jaisairam!

A Person, who has controlled his mind, can achieve any success in his life. How far you are trying to control your mind?
The mind that judges not others ever remains tension-free.

  • No problems

If you don't want to be burdened with problems, then don't create them.

Instead, use the exact same circumstances to create positive possibilities.

Whether or not something is a problem depends on the way you respond to it.

As such, you can choose a life filled with problems or a life that's free of them.

Certainly there are difficult and challenging situations that come your way on a regular basis.

But is there anything to be gained by turning them into problems?

Choose instead to transform those difficulties and challenges into opportunities.

Know that there is always a realistic and workable way, and commit yourself to finding it.

Rather than being weighed down by problems, you can be energized by possibilities.

Instead of fighting against what you don't want,

you can be working toward what you most sincerely desire.

Free yourself from problems by never creating them in the first place.

Focus your energy on the positive possibilities and bring the best of them to life.

  • Quotes on Happiness and Being Happy

    Remez Sasson

Inspiring quotes and phrases are like vitamins to the soul.

    Happiness is within you.

When you stop the chatter of the mind and expel your worries and fears

you find out that happiness surfaces from within you.

Happiness is not something far away and unattainable, and it does not depend on circumstances.

Happiness is one of the most important treasures.

It is within your precious soul. All you have to do is dig it out and enjoy it.

There is no need to search for happiness or to create it.

There is no need to undergo all kinds of outer experiences in order to feel it.

On the contrary, everything has to be dropped in order to experience it.

Happiness is always here, but covered by thoughts, desires and fears.

    Happiness comes from within.

Your attitude decides whether you are happy or not. You can change your attitude.

Happiness is a state of mind. More correctly put, it is the state beyond the mind.

It is our attitude that makes us feel happy or unhappy.

Your thoughts and worries hide away your happiness.

If you smile while you talk, you make people happy.

A calm and detached mind is the gate to true happiness.

Happiness is experienced after a problem has been solved, a fear has disappeared or after realizing a desire.

At this moment the mind is released from it fears, worries and desires and becomes quiet, letting the happiness

    emerge.

Look at the happy side of life, and you will develop the happiness habit.

Learn to laugh. This will make you feel better.

Focusing your mind on everything that you do, increases your control over your mind, which makes it easier for the inner joy to manifest.

Your inner nature is bliss and joy. Clean your mind of thoughts and worries and you will find this treasure within you.

When you wake up from deep sleep you feel happy. This is because the mind was quiet.

If you are able to make your mind quiet in your waking hours you will experience happiness.

Each day do something to make you feel happy, until this becomes a habit.

Cheerfulness is contagious. Choose cheerful people for your friends and you become cheerful too.

Sharing and accepting other people's happiness increases our own happiness.

Choose happiness, concentrate on happiness and you will find it everywhere.

Let the joy in your heart overflow and water everyone you meet.

Pleasure comes from the outside, happiness from the inside.

A good word to a friend or stranger can bring light into their day.

When you have a positive frame of mind, you broadcast positive thoughts and feelings to the world around you.

A Person, who has controlled his mind, can achieve any success in his life. How far you are trying to control your mind?
The mind that judges not others ever remains tension-free.

  • 'My heart is afraid that it will have to suffer,' the boy told the alchemist one night as they looked up at the moonless sky.

'Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. And that no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dreams, because every second of the search is a second's encounter with God and with eternity.'

  • If you oppress poor people, you insult the God who makes them; but kindness shown to the poor is an act of worship.

It is not the greatness of the work which matters to God
but the love with which it is done.

It is not the greatness of the work which matters to God
but the love with which it is done.

Know with certainty that there is a God, and that there exists a world beyond this one - the world of souls.

Religion is a guy in church thinking about fishing.
Spirituality is a guy out fishing thinking about God.

Religion is a guy in church thinking about fishing.
Spirituality is a guy out fishing thinking about God.

If there be anywhere on earth a lover of God who is always kept safe I know nothing of it for it was not shown to me. But this was shown: that in falling and rising again we are always kept in that same precious love.

One day I said to God --
    I'm going to search
For the meaning to my existence
I'm going to find the talent within me
Then develop it to the best of my ability
And I'm going to make the most of this Life
    That I have been given
And I'm going to do this
    Without infringing upon anyone else's
    Opportunity to do the same
    And God replied
'I couldn't ask for anything more'"

    Dear God of many Names,
Protect your children tonight wherever they are sleeping
And let them know the world does not have to be like this
Place a kiss upon each of their foreheads
And remind them oh so gently
That there are reasons to be hopeful
And reasons for them to dream beautiful dreams.

    "God may not always come
    exactly when you call Him…
but He is always on time."
