Looking for Satcharita in Hindi in Unicode

Hi,
I am looking for Sai satcharita stories which are typed in Unicode so that they can be shared with friends etc on whatsapp. My friends prefer Hindi and I have found from known sources (pdf) if I copy paste stories then I get text which is gibberish i.e. of following type

So I am looking for some where , where I can copy paste and email/whatsapp the stories. These need to be in Unicode thats what works on my windows mobile whatsapp if some where on  Internet they are in html please let me know the source.

We had a Wiki and unfortunatley it's down now. In Wiki we had Sai Satcharitra in Unicode Hindi.

Well then in that case if it is possible for you to zip that wiki and share somewhere on dropbox etc then I can download and
 handle all the stuff I know how to deal with Wiki software's .
