Sathya Sai Chalisa by Seema M. Dewan

I have little booklet called Sathya Sai Chalisa by Seema M. Dewan. It is a chalisa in English. It says in the booklet that to get your desired result, you must read it for 40 days. It does not say how many times a day for the 40 days. Does anyone know? Also, must we read the whole booklet and consider that as one round? In the introduction of the booklet it says that the first 40 verses, the 2nd 40 verses and the 3rd 40 verses should be read. What do I do? Please advise me?
