I would like to know what are the benefits of reading the Shirdi Sai Satcharitra? Also, what are benefits of reading it as a saptah? Members please advise?

by reading sai satcharitra,you will get peace,you will come to know baba's leela,his saying,and of course if you read it with shradda and saburi,you will get whatever you want.

By reading Shri Sai Satcharitra , you come very to close Sai baba, even closer to you also, yeah its true now a days we had gone very far from our soul and reality, Shri Sai Satchritra is not a book itself which contain some chapter, But this a book which contain chapters of babaji's life n teach us lessons of our life, i m sure wen u read this then u understand my meaning,
Lana ji , wenever u ll start read Shri Sai Satchritra , please read chapters one by one, its not compulsary to finish book in 1 week, but, if u finish it in 1 week it gives u everything u wnt or any wish u demanded from babaji wen started the book,
But if u r new to this , so read one chapter in a day , its better to understand.

Dear Lana,
It's all how you percieve. The book, was written, to narrate the life and teachings of Baba.
The Book is a narration of events which actually took place when Baba was here, "amongst humans."
By asking the benefits of reading, we are indirectly questioning the worthiness of the book.
I know your intentions are good, yet.
As a devotee, read the book to know Baba better. Put yourself, in those times, and see how Baba unravels the purpose of life, through those events.
these are just my opinions, no hard feelings.

Dont be worried, if you dont have the book.
Next time you take Darshan, close your eyes and tell Baba, "Baba, I want to own the Sai Satcharita and keep it with me as a guide always." Pray and mean what you say.
You will be surprised to receive it.
I never intended to keep Baba's idol at home, cause of lot of restrictions, plus I cant have a discplined routine.
However, there is an uncle in the Mashid I visit, when he mentioned I should have an idol, I said, "When Baba wants to come to my home, he will."
Approx. 6 months after that, Uncle had gone to shirdi and brought me an absolutely divine Idol of Baba, and told me, please offer some sugar daily.
I told uncle what if i skip it and invite Baba's wrath. Uncle said, dont worry, it's all fine, if you cant keep the routine.
Baba's residence is at my house since last 2 years, and yes I have skipped my routine a lot, but now I know, Baba really doesnt mind it.
Few months after Baba came, my cousin visited us and I gave her Sai Satcharita I had, as I felt now that Baba himself his here, let others benefit from his life stories.
Dont loose heart, you will get your Book of Sai Satcharita.
